Read the three paragraphs f The Thirsty Crw belw. Think abut the crrect rder f them, then g t the next page t answer the questins.
The crw lked arund. He saw sme pebbles. An idea struck in his mind. He picked up the pebbles ne by ne and drpped them int the pt. As he drpped the pebbles int the pt, the water came up. Sn it was high enugh fr him t drink. He drank the water. He flew away happily.
Under ne f the trees n the farm was a pt f water. There was very little water in the pt. The crw tried t reach the water but he was nt able t d s as the neck f the pt was very marrw. He then tried t push the pt dwn fr the water t flw ut but the pt was t heavy fr him.
It was a ht summer’s day. A thirsty crw flew int a village searching fr sme water t drink. He flew ver huses, fields and trees but he culd nt find any water. After a lngtime, he came acrss a farm.

Let's suppse ur grup is chatting abut a trip t the muntains.
When we gt t the muntains, we saw a whle lt f really tall trees. The sun shne thrugh the branches and leaves. We went hiking n the muntain paths. Sme f the paths were a bit narrw, but it was super exciting. We als fund sme small streams. The water in them was s clear that we culd see the pebbles at the bttm. And up n the muntain, we culd lk ut and see far, far away. The view was amazing!

At first, I was a little scared because the muntains lked s big. But nce we started walking, I gt really happy. The air was s fresh and smelled like pine trees. Wednesday, 22 July Tday was an amazing day. There was a ttal slar eclipse in Wuhan! I wke up early because I culdn't wait t see it!
My friends and I went dwn t the Yangtze River t find a gd place t watch it. We tk cameras, chairs, fd and drink, and special glasses s we culd lk at it. Lts f peple gathered there t watch t. Slwly, the mn mved in frnt f the sun. It lked like smene bit a hle in the sun! It gt darker and darker as the mn slwly cvered the sun.
At 9:26 a.m. the mn cmpletely cvered the sun. The sky went dark. The crwd gasped and cheered. The light f the sun made a ring f light arund the mn. I tk this phtgraph then. The ttal eclipse lasted fr ver five minutes! Then it passed and the sky started t get brighter again. I was really inspired by the eclipse this mrning. In the afternn, I spent hurs reading abut astrnmers, eclipses, and hw the planets mve in ur slar system. The universe is simply amazing! I als watched sme vides with famus Chinese astrnauts. I want t becme an astrnaut r astrnmer smeday t. The sky is the limit!
