They had t travel a lng distance t reach Lianda. Thrughut the jurney, they had n accmmdatin and had t survive extreme cnditins. Als, the cnditins in Lianda itself were very harsh. They did nt have enugh fd and studied in rugh buildings. Furthermre, their study was ften interrupted by air attacks. They had t adapt t these challenges, fr instance, by hlding their classes when they were nt likely t be bmbed.
