Related infrmatin:
重慶大轟炸是中國抗日戰(zhàn)爭期間(1938年2月18日至1943年8月23日)，日本對重慶進(jìn)行的長達(dá)5年半的戰(zhàn)略轟炸。
據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，在5年間日本對重慶進(jìn)行轟炸218次，出動9000多架次的飛機，投彈11500枚以上。
重慶大轟炸的死難者達(dá)10000人以上，超過17600幢房屋被毀，市區(qū)大部分繁華地區(qū)被破壞，是繼德國1937年4月在西班牙內(nèi)戰(zhàn)中對格爾尼卡平民實施轟炸之后，歷史上著名的戰(zhàn)略轟炸。
2012年9月10日，重慶大轟炸15名受害者或其遺屬正式起訴日本政府。2015年 2月25日，東京地方法院宣判重慶大轟炸民間索賠案一審結(jié)果，188名原告敗訴。

聯(lián)合國維持和平部隊是根據(jù)有關(guān)聯(lián)合國決議建立的一支跨國界的特種部隊，成立于1956年蘇伊士危機之際。聯(lián)合國維持和平始于1948年6月，當(dāng)時安全理事會授權(quán)在中東部署聯(lián)合國軍事觀察員，其受聯(lián)合國大會或安全理事會的委派，活躍于國際上有沖突的地區(qū)。特派團(tuán)的任務(wù)是監(jiān)督以色列與其阿拉伯鄰邦之間的《停戰(zhàn)協(xié)定》——這一行動被稱為聯(lián)合國停戰(zhàn)監(jiān)督組織。自此，聯(lián)合國已部署了69個維持和平行動，其中56個是1988年以來開展的。近些年，共有數(shù)十萬名軍事人員和數(shù)萬名聯(lián)合國警察以及來自超過120個國家的文職人員參加了聯(lián)合國維持和平行動。
