
本課時(shí)包括 Starting ut和 Understanding ideas兩部分。
Starting ut是導(dǎo)入部分,包括觀看視頻回答問題和看圖片回答問題兩個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。通過觀看視頻,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察視頻中提到的體育賽事,并思考這些體育賽事的特征。通過看圖片,了解三名杰出的運(yùn)動(dòng)健將:中國奧運(yùn)會(huì)第一枚金牌獲得者射擊選手許海峰,加拿大的職業(yè)冰球明星韋恩·格雷茨基,俄羅斯撐杄跳運(yùn)動(dòng)員葉蓮娜·伊辛巴耶娃。通過該活動(dòng),了解更多關(guān)于運(yùn)動(dòng)員的成績和故事,并說出最鼓舞自己上進(jìn)的運(yùn)動(dòng)員,可簡要列舉他們的主要事跡和成就。
Understanding ideas部分以人物傳記的筆觸講述了美國傳奇運(yùn)動(dòng)員斯蒂芬·庫里的成功之路。父親是職業(yè)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)員,因此斯蒂芬從小就耳濡目染,在祖父搭建的簡易的籃球場上流下奮斗的汗水。雖然他的身高不被教練看好,但是斯蒂芬沒有放棄,刻苦訓(xùn)練,練就了卓絕的功力,成就了一代傳奇。斯蒂芬的努力進(jìn)取、堅(jiān)持鍛煉的精神鼓舞著很多運(yùn)動(dòng)愛好者。
