1.運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣從整體上看，外國(guó)人的運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣要比中國(guó)人好很多。很多外國(guó)人都有早起晨跑、鍛煉的習(xí)慣。經(jīng)過(guò)有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)、無(wú)氧運(yùn)動(dòng)后，人體會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的汗液，因此，需要洗澡來(lái)清潔身體，避免影響個(gè)人形象。而中國(guó)人比較偏愛(ài)晚飯后散步、慢跑，然后回家沖洗干凈，上床睡覺(jué)。2.身體差異外國(guó)人的汗腺比較發(fā)達(dá)，且會(huì)分泌一種特殊的代謝產(chǎn)物。這些代謝產(chǎn)物經(jīng)細(xì)菌分解后，會(huì)散發(fā)出濃烈氨臭味、硫臭味。晚上睡覺(jué)時(shí)，人體本身就容易出汗，再經(jīng)過(guò)一夜的“發(fā)酵”，很多外國(guó)人早起時(shí)體味極為濃重。因此需要及時(shí)洗澡，消除異味。而中國(guó)人體味較輕，再加上睡前清洗過(guò)身體，晨起時(shí)并不會(huì)有濃烈的異味，也就沒(méi)有必要洗澡。3.作息時(shí)間隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展與進(jìn)步，大多數(shù)中國(guó)年輕人的作息時(shí)間也出現(xiàn)了一定程度的推移。從整體上看，外國(guó)人的作息時(shí)間還是要相對(duì)偏后一點(diǎn)。換句話說(shuō)，外國(guó)人的夜生活會(huì)更豐富一些。很多外國(guó)人都喜歡下班后去酒吧小酌一杯，甚至有很多人會(huì)狂歡至深夜。這些人回到家已經(jīng)很晚，而且身體已經(jīng)很疲憊，也就沒(méi)有洗澡的欲望了。
