The three tried fr hurs t dig the cars ut, but the sun was setting fast. The temperature was drpping and the snw was turning t ice blcks arund the tires. It was impssible t dig ut.
Thirty miles frm the clsest twn, their phnes had n signal in such a lw-lying(低洼的)area. Their car radi and walkie-talkies culdn’t transmit any signal far enugh. The three travelers prepared t spend the night in their cars. The hikers had survival gear(裝備) and fd t share, s they weren’t terribly wrried.

It was the valuable episde that made him realize that adversity is nthing cmpared with calmness and creativity.
