【自我感知】1.情態(tài)動詞can, culd, must, might 不能單獨作謂語,后面只能跟動詞 。
2.情態(tài)動詞 表示的可能性最大,如句8; 表示的可能性最小,如句3; 表有時可能,如句4。
3.情態(tài)動詞+have dne 表對 情況的推測, 如句5, 句7。

can /culd
①.表示具有某種能力(體力/知識/技能)意為“會,能”,culd是can的過去式。
Eg. Alicia can play the pian.艾麗莎會彈鋼琴。
I culd swim when I was six years ld.我六歲的時候就會游泳。
②.表示可能性,意為“可能會”
Eg. Water can be turned int ice if it is cld enugh. 如果溫度足夠低,水可能會結成冰。
③.表示請求/許可,常用于一般疑問句 ,意為“可以”,culd 比can語氣要更加委婉/客氣
Can/Culd I ask yu a questin? 我可以問你一個問題嗎?
④.表示推測,常用于否定句, cannt=cant意為“不可能”
Eg.That can't be Mike.He has gne t Nanjing. 那不可能是邁克,他去南京了。
Eg. One day,peple will be able t travel t the mn. 有朝一日,人們會到月球去旅行。
may /might
1.表示請求或允許,might可以指過去時間,也可指現(xiàn)在時間,語氣更委婉。對may的一般疑問句的肯定回答可用may或can,但作否定回答時要用mustn’t或can’t。

2.表示可能。可以指過去時間,也可以指現(xiàn)在時間,但語氣不肯定。

她可能不知道這件事。
3.用于表祝愿的句子中。
May bth the bride and grm have happy lives.
祝新娘新郎幸福綿長。
must,have t
①must 表示“必須;一定”,強調說話人的主觀看法,認為有義務做某事;
have t 表示“不得不”,強調客觀需要,含有不情愿或被迫之意。
例: All passengers must wear safety belts.
There is n bus here, and yu have t g n ft.
②mustn't意為“不許”,表示禁止;
dn't have t=needn't意為“不必”,表示沒有必要。
注意: must用于一般疑問句時,其否定回答應用needn't或dn't have t
例: —Must we hand in ur hmewrk tday?
—N,yu dn't have t.
The law says drivers mustn't drive after drinking.
③must表示說話人的態(tài)度,意為“偏偏;非得”。
例: Must yu make such a big nise?

need & dare
need 需要dare敢。既可作情態(tài)動詞,又可作實義動詞。由need引起的一般疑問句。肯定回答用must,否定回答用needn't
①.作情態(tài)動詞:無三單變化,后+動詞原形。變否定,后+nt。變疑問,前面提。
Yu needn't be s wrried.你不心如此擔心。-Need I d it at nce? -我雪要立即做嗎?-Yes, yu must.-星的,你必須。 -N, yu needn't. -不,沒必要。
-Dare yu g hme alne?-你敢一個人回家嗎? -Yes, I dare.-是的,我敢。
She daren't even lk at me.她甚至不敢看我。 Hw dared they d such a thing? 他們怎么敢干這樣的事?
②.作實義動詞: 有三單/ 時態(tài)變化,變否定,前+dn't/desn't/didn't。
Sb. need t d sth. / sth. need ding=need t be dne
dare t d sth.
I dn't need t have a rest.我不需要體息.
This car needs repairing.=This cr needs t be repaired.這輛車雪要被修理。
He dares t swim acrss the river.他敢游過這條河。
shuld & ught t
①.表示讓步,建議和命令。 shuld/ught t可通用,但在疑問句中常用shuld。
Yu shuld/ught t g t class right away. 你應該立刻去上課。
Shuld I pen the windw? 我應該開窗戶嗎?
②.表示“應該”,ught t 表示義務或責任,比shuld語氣重。
I shuld help her because she is in truble. 她有麻煩,我應該幫助她。
Yu ught t take care f the baby . 你應該照顧這個嬰兒。
③.表示推測。 shuld/ught t (客觀推測 ) must (主觀推測)
1.He must be hme by nw.(斷定他已到家)
2.He ught t/shuld be hme by nw.(不太肯定)
3. This is where the il must be.(直爽)
4. This is where the il ught t/shuld be.(含著)
肯定:ught t d=shuld d 應該做事 。 否定:ught nt t d=shuldn't d不應該做草事
一般疑問句:Ought sb. t d……? Shuld sb. d…·? …應該做…嗎?
will & wuld
1.表示意志或意愿。will指現(xiàn)在,wuld指過去,用于否定句表示“不肯,不樂意”。
I will never d that again.
我決不會再做那種事了。
2.表示征求意見或提出請求。主要用于第二人稱疑問句中,will和wuld均可用,wuld此時不表示過去,而是表示委婉語氣。
Will/Wuld yu pass me the bk?
請你把書遞給我好嗎?
3.will和wuld可分別表示現(xiàn)在和過去反復發(fā)生的動作或某種傾向,意為“總是;常?!?。
Fish will die withut water.
沒有水,魚會死去。
When my parents were away, my grandmther wuld take care f me.
我父母外出的時候,總是祖母照看我。

過去將來時
一、過去將來時的含義
過去將來時表示在過去某個時間看來將要發(fā)生的動作或存在的狀態(tài)。過去將來時常用于賓語從句和間接引語中。判斷這種時態(tài)的依據(jù)是:要有表示過去的“動作”,而不是時間。
二、過去將來時的用法
1.“wuld+動詞原形”。常表示按計劃或安排即將發(fā)生的事。表示過去的某種習慣性行為,也常用wuld。
They never knew that ppulatin wuld becme a big prblem.
他們從來都不知道人口問題將會成為一個大問題。
Whenever it was Sunday evening, we wuld sit in the yard and listen t his stry.
每到星期天晚上,我們都坐在院子里聽他的故事。
2. “was/were+ging t+動詞原形”。??捎脕肀硎景从媱澔虬才偶磳l(fā)生的事。

她說她將立即出發(fā)。
