【寫(xiě)作思路】
口頭通知
口頭通知要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：
(1) 要有稱(chēng)呼用語(yǔ)。如：在正式場(chǎng)合用的Ladies and gentlemen,對(duì)學(xué)生用的Bys and girls 等。
(2) 要有開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)。常用的開(kāi)頭語(yǔ)有：
May I have yur attentin, please?
Be quite. There is smething imprtant I have t tell yu.
Yu need t knw.
I have smething t tell yu.
(3) 時(shí)態(tài)問(wèn)題。口頭通知是要告訴大家即將進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)，因此要以一般將來(lái)時(shí)為主。
(4) 人稱(chēng)問(wèn)題?？陬^通知常用第二人稱(chēng)表示被通知的對(duì)象。
(5) 要有結(jié)束語(yǔ)。常用的結(jié)束語(yǔ)有：
That’s all. Thank yu.

書(shū)面通知
書(shū)面通知具有以下特點(diǎn)：
(1) 書(shū)面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT 標(biāo)志。
(2) 在正文最后的右下角要寫(xiě)上發(fā)通知的單位或組織者的姓名。
(3) 在左下角寫(xiě)上發(fā)出通知的日期。
【寫(xiě)作佳句】
口頭通知套語(yǔ)
(1) 在用口頭下達(dá)通知時(shí)，發(fā)通知者通常要將聽(tīng)通知人的注意力吸引過(guò)來(lái)，這類(lèi)表達(dá)常見(jiàn)的有：

(2) 其他用于口頭通知的固定套語(yǔ)(如叫聽(tīng)者不要遲到、歡迎某人參加某活動(dòng)等)：

英語(yǔ)書(shū)面通知的時(shí)態(tài)應(yīng)該以一般將來(lái)時(shí)為主，多使用被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài)、簡(jiǎn)單句。在通知中不應(yīng)當(dāng)過(guò)度的使用較復(fù)雜的詞語(yǔ)和讀起來(lái)拗口的句子。
第二個(gè)注意點(diǎn)：層次一定要清晰，一個(gè)層次要表達(dá)一件事情，使人看起來(lái)一目了然。
