a. 復(fù)述題目場(chǎng)景，表明寫作目的；
b. 遵守禮貌原則，只問(wèn)相關(guān)信息；
c. 簡(jiǎn)要介紹自己，表明寫作目的。
② 主體：
a. 詢問(wèn)具體問(wèn)題，注意疑問(wèn)句式；
b. 提供背景材料及詢問(wèn)原因；
c. 強(qiáng)調(diào)所需信息的重要性；
d. 題目要求的內(nèi)容均應(yīng)涉及。
③ 尾段：
a. 表明急切心情，提供聯(lián)系方式；
b. 結(jié)尾彬彬有禮，表示誠(chéng)摯謝意；
c. 希望得到對(duì)方的幫助并合作。
