根據(jù)第一段中“Accrding t the US Department f Educatin, arund 30 millin American adults are at a lw basic literacy level r barely literate. Imaginatin Library wrks hard t change this.

根據(jù)最后一段“The prgram began in 1995 and riginally served children in Sevier Cunty, Tennessee where Dlly grew up. It was such an instant success that nly five years later, the initiative went natinal and is nw available t children in Canada, the UK, and Australia. 故選A項(xiàng)。
通讀全文,尤其是第一段中“T gift the lve fr bks t as many kids as pssible, Dlly Partn’s Imaginatin Library gives ut free bks t yung children.

故填which或that。
故填as。
故填and。
根據(jù)“since its launch mre than 20 years ag(自20多年前推出以來)”可知,此處應(yīng)用現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)。主語“Happy Chinese New Year”為第三人稱單數(shù),助動(dòng)詞使用has。故填has becme。

故刪除but。
故burning改為burned/burnt。
故the改為a。
分析可知, me happy and prud f myself是非限制性定語從句,先行詞為上文整個(gè)句子,從句缺少主語,應(yīng)用關(guān)系代詞which引導(dǎo),that不能引導(dǎo)非限制性定語從句。故that改為which。
故I改為he。
