Period 5 (Section B 3a-Self Check) 設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明 本課時(shí)的重點(diǎn)是寫(xiě)作。完成3a任務(wù),讓學(xué)生了解如何描述一種食物的制作過(guò)程。在完成3b時(shí),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生復(fù)習(xí)如何區(qū)分可數(shù)名詞與不可數(shù)名詞,以及“How many/How much...?”的用法。這樣既能對(duì)已學(xué)知識(shí)有所復(fù)習(xí),又能讓學(xué)生找準(zhǔn)寫(xiě)作的方向,然后順理成章地完成3c的寫(xiě)作。最后完成Self Check,鞏固單元語(yǔ)法。 教學(xué)目標(biāo) 1. 知識(shí)目標(biāo): (1)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生利用課堂上所獲取的知識(shí)來(lái)仿寫(xiě)一篇短文,介紹自己所喜歡的一種食物的做法。 (2)通過(guò)完成Self Check中的練習(xí)題來(lái)全面復(fù)習(xí)how much和how many的用法。 2. 能力目標(biāo):能熟練運(yùn)用祈使句描述一種食物的制作過(guò)程。 3. 情感目標(biāo):通過(guò)食物制作過(guò)程的介紹,讓學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)到勞動(dòng)成果來(lái)之不易,使之懂得不能浪費(fèi)食物,珍惜他人的勞動(dòng)成果。 重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn) 1. 重點(diǎn):正確運(yùn)用祈使句描述自己所喜歡的一種食物的制作方法。 2. 難點(diǎn):能用課堂上所獲取的知識(shí)介紹自己所喜歡的一種食物的制作方法。 教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備 多媒體課件 教學(xué)過(guò)程 Step 1 Warming up 1. Retell the article in Section B 2b. 2. Here’s a recipe for a great turkey sandwich! Complete the instructions with the words in the box. First,put mustard (芥末醬)on two slices (薄片)of bread. Then,cut up one tomato. Put the tomato on the bread. Next,add two slices of turkey. Finally,put two spoons of butter on the turkey. Step 2 Presentation 1. Leading in. T:What do we Chinese eat on our birthdays? Ss:We always eat noodles. T:There is a very special kind of rice noodles in Yunnan. Do you know the name of it? Ss:Yunnan rice noodles. T:Good. Do you know how to make rice noodles? Now,please look at 3a. 2. Work on 3a. (1)Have the students cover the box and look at the passage. (2)Elicit the possible words for each of the blanks,one by one from the students. (3)Write the words on the blackboard,and explain to the students why their guesses could be correct or incorrect from a grammatical point of view. (4)Have the students uncover the box and fill in the blanks. (5)Check the answers. You need to have rice noodles,chicken soup,chicken,lettuce and eggs. 此句中,need作實(shí)義動(dòng)詞,意為“需要”。其后可跟名詞、代詞、動(dòng)詞-ing形式或動(dòng)詞不定式。 need還可用作情態(tài)動(dòng)詞,意為“需要”,其后跟動(dòng)詞原形,多用于否定句或疑問(wèn)句中。 You need to clean (clean) the room every day. 你需要每天打掃房間。 He needn’t come at once. 他不必馬上來(lái)。 —Must I finish my homework now? 我現(xiàn)在必須完成作業(yè)嗎? —No,you needn’t. 不,你不必。 (7)Read again,and try to retell the process of making rice noodles. Step 3 Practice 1. Think of a favorite food in your hometown. Make a list of ingredients. 2. Students change their lists with their partners,and then ask and answer in pairs. For example: S1:How many tomatoes do you need? S2:Three. S1:How much sugar do you need? S2:Two spoons. ... Step 4 Writing 1. Write a recipe for your favorite food. Let some students read their passages to the class. Sample writing: It is very easy to make your own delicious burger. You need beef,bread buns,lettuce,onions and sauce. First,cut the bread bun and cook it. Next,cut the lettuce and onions. Put some lettuce and onions on the bun and add some sauce. Then,use your hands to shape the beef into a ball. Next,flatten the ball of beef to form a beef patty. Then,cook the patty on both sides. Finally,put the patty on the bottom half of the bun,add more lettuce,onions and sauce,and put the other half of the bun on top. Enjoy your burger! Step 5 Expansion and Extension Work on 4. 1. T:I like beef and tomato soup very much. Do you know how to make this crazy food? (Show the process of making beef and tomato soup on the screen. ) First,cut up tomatoes and some beef. Distinguish countable nouns and uncountable nouns correctly,and can use the structure of “How many/much...?”. 3. Release command with the imperative sentence. 4. Use adverbs of sequence correctly. 當(dāng)堂達(dá)標(biāo)(見(jiàn)導(dǎo)學(xué)案“當(dāng)堂達(dá)標(biāo)”) 答案與解析: Ⅰ. 1. D yogurt是不可數(shù)名詞,沒(méi)有復(fù)數(shù)形式,也不能用how many提問(wèn),故排除A、C兩項(xiàng);不可數(shù)名詞前通常用“表示量的名詞+of”來(lái)表示數(shù)量,對(duì)不可數(shù)名詞前表示量的名詞進(jìn)行提問(wèn)時(shí)要用how many,故選D。 2. C bread是不可數(shù)名詞,“一片面包”為a piece of bread,“兩片面包”為two pieces of bread。 3. A “It’s time to do sth.”是固定句型,意為“到做某事的時(shí)間了”,故選A。 4.
