Check the homework. (1)Ask some students to tell the process of making a sandwich. (2)Ask students about special holidays in China and discuss what kind of traditional food people eat on special holidays in China. (3)Let some students try to guess the meaning of the passage. Ask students to read the first paragraph and find out the answer. It is always on the fourth Thursday in November. 2.
