一、英語中月份是專有名詞，它們的首字母必須大寫，并且前面無需用冠詞。二、寫法中：1、日期與月份之間不可加逗號。代表日期的序數(shù)詞詞尾（-st, -nd, -rd 或 -th）均可省略。如：August 2nd/ August 2（8月2日)。
2、如果表示某月某日，日期先行，那么日期前面要加 the。例如：the first f, Octber, the fifth f July如果月份先行，日期前面可以加也可以不加 the。例如：May（the）third當(dāng)表達“年月日”時，尤其在朗讀時，序數(shù)詞前要加 the；但當(dāng)書寫時，序數(shù)詞前不用 the。例如：He was brn n June 6th, 1974. 他出生在1974年6月6日。
3、英語日期前介詞的使用：若指在哪一年或哪一月，則用介詞 in，若具體到某一天，則需用介詞 n。
