Last summer, I stayed with a British hst family.One day, I was really surprised when Jeremy, the sn f the family, tld me that we wuld have tad-in-the-hle fr dinner. I wasn’t sure whether we were ging t eat a real tad in a hle. If s, hw terrible! I jined them at dinner time with butterflies in my stmach. T my astnishment, a dish f sausages cked in Yrkshire pudding (a mix that tastes a bit like pancakes) was served n the table, and it tasted delicius. It turned ut that tad-in-the-hle is a typical dish fr a British dinner, and there’s n tad! What an amazing experience! It was interesting t try such yummy fd with a strange name.
