A Few Tips fr Self-Acceptance
We all want it... t accept and lve urselves. But at times it seems t difficult and t far ut f reach. 36 Here’s a handful f ways that will set yu in the right directin.

E Set an intentin fr self-acceptance.
F. Stp cmparing yurself with thers.
G. When des the cmparisn game start?
通常文章第一段要提出文章的主題,如果在段尾提出主題,會用一些信號詞如轉(zhuǎn)折詞引出來,正確答案中應(yīng)有這樣的特征詞,如:therefre,as a result,thus,hence,in shrt,t sum up,t cnclude,in a wrd等詞語,選項(xiàng)中也可發(fā)現(xiàn)前文的同義詞句。
● Recgnize all f yur strengths. Write them dwn in a jurnal. Begin t train yur brain t lk at strength befre weakness. List all f yur accmplishments and achievements. Yu have a jb, earned yur degree, and yu gt ut f bed tday. 39

A. Feeling upset again?
B. Where d yu start?
C. Nthing is t small t celebrate.
D. Remember, yu are nly human.
Dn’t frget t frgive yurself._ 5 But it can rb yu f yur self-cnfidence if yu dn’t d it.
D.Try t see things frm yur ffender’s angle.
E.Fr sme peple, frgiving themselves is the biggest challenge.
F.T make yur anger die away, try a simple stress-management technique.
G.If yu wait fr peple t aplgize,yu culd be waiting an awfully lng time.
有時(shí),前后的句子之間出現(xiàn)as a result(結(jié)果),thus/therefre(因此),s(such)(如此……

F.After yu exercise, yu cntinue t burn calries thrughut the day.
G.If yu are planning t d exercise regularly, r yu're ding it nw, then listen up!
