巧用賓語從句的直接引語，讓讀者感受現(xiàn)場氣氛，語言描述更鮮明生動，更能表達(dá)人物的內(nèi)心世界，流露出人物的真實情感。所以，適時可以把賓語從句的間接引語改為直接引語。
1. The shpkeeper said with a smile, “Fr us these are shells, but fr the by they are treasures. His lve fr his sister is the mst precius.” (2021·汕頭質(zhì)檢) 店員說這番話的同時，內(nèi)心也感受到了哥哥對妹妹的愛。
2. “Indeed, I will.” replied Jhn, and he kept his wrd. (2020年新高考全國Ⅰ&Ⅱ卷) 這里可體現(xiàn)出Jhn堅定的信念。3. “Hey, get in the car, quickly!” yelled Paul. (2017年6月浙江卷) “大叫”能使讀者感受到當(dāng)時現(xiàn)場情況急迫和緊張的氣氛。
4. “Thanks a millin! I wuld have died withut yu.” Mac turned t Paul and Becky. (2017年11月浙江卷)“萬分感謝！沒有你，我活不成?！敝卑椎囊Z，流露出當(dāng)時Mac的真實情感。
1. They wndered what had happened t Patrick. 通過賓語從句可表達(dá)出他們想知道的具體事情：到底Patrick發(fā)生什么事？(2021·武漢3月質(zhì)檢)
巧用賓語從句能進(jìn)一步豐富謂語動詞的所要表達(dá)的內(nèi)涵。
2. She said that she wuld imprve her life by her wn effrts and wuld n lnger d anything illegal again. (2021·廣東模擬一) “that”引導(dǎo)賓語從句，引出其表明決心，改過自新的句子，同時也豐富了語言內(nèi)容。
3. He thught a quick rest culd give him mre energy, s it was…(2021·佛山1月質(zhì)檢) 他在考慮什么？用了賓語從句能更詳盡表達(dá)出其想法，他認(rèn)為短暫的休憩精力更好。
4. S he grabbed his bat befre realizing it was just a stray dg. 他意識到什么？原來是一條流浪狗。
5. Mm realized that she had left it behind in the last htel. 媽媽想到東西落在了酒店里。如果沒有用到賓語從句，沒能說明具體的情況。(2018年6月浙江卷)發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)律：直接引語的結(jié)構(gòu)是“‘……(完整的句子)，’sb said.”。而間接引語，由動詞引導(dǎo)的賓語從句，可用sb+v.+that引導(dǎo)賓語從句(完整陳述句)，豐富動詞所要表達(dá)的內(nèi)涵。
拓展知識：請記住“說”的常見詞匯。問：ask, 回復(fù)：reply, 告訴：tell, 評論：cmment/remark, 宣布：declare, 宣布/通知：annunce, 陳述：state; 呼喊，驚叫：exclaim, 叫喊：yell, 大聲喊：shut, 喊/叫：call, 驚呼：scream, 低聲說：whisper, 回復(fù)：respnd等。

“I haven’t eaten meat fr a lng time.” he said.
7. I think that ____________________________________________________. (玩太多手機對小孩健康不利)8. “___________________,” (我知道今天是什么日子)Dudley repeated, cming right up t him.
