A I remember my teen years when all I wanted was t put n weight. Grwing up, I was always n the thinner side and try as I culd, I never seemed t put n the kils. I wuld admire the chubbier(豐滿的) girls and wished t be like them. Nw I realize I had weighed my self-wrth n hw I lked. I had als sent ut a message saying that I wasn't gd enugh because f my bdy size, nt realizing that we train thers hw t treat us. Tday, I'm cmfrtable in my skin, and I have learnt the art f self-lve. And yes, I did put n the kils years later after childbirth, but I lst them at the gym,
and I am happy with myself. This gt me thinking abut the number f peple tday wh want t lk like smene else. They lk in the mirrr and dn't like what they see. They are always in search f a different self! Learn t fall in lve with yurself. Learn t value yurself. If yu d nt like smething abut yurself, why nt wrk ut t get t yur ideal bdy type? This nt nly increases yur cnfidence, but yu n lnger have t wear thse ugly tps t hide yur stmach. Invest(投資) in self-imprvement curses if yu have t. Learn t say n. Yu d nt have t present yurself fr every party r appintment. Give yurself space t breathe. As wmen, we are taught t take care f everyne else but urselves. We get wrn ut raising ur families and balancing ur private lives with ur careers, and rarely have time fr urselves. At the end f the day, we are s wrn-ut; everyne else is happy but us. When yu are tired, take enugh time t rest. Remember, yu cannt pur ut f an empty cup. Every s ften, take time t refill yur cup.
