課時2Let’s learn & Make a map and talk教學(xué)目標:1.能聽、說、讀、寫單詞science museum, post office, bookstore, cinema, hospital。2.能夠詢問某個建筑的位置,并用方位介詞來描述位置。eg:—Where is the cinema?—It's next to the bookstore.。3.能完成“Make a map and talk”部分的任務(wù)。4.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過程中合作學(xué)習(xí)的意識。教學(xué)重點:1.能聽、說、讀、寫單詞science museum, post office, bookstore, cinema, hospital。2.會運用句型:“Where is…?”“It's+方位介詞”來詢問和回答目標位置。教學(xué)難點:能靈活運用所學(xué)句型來詢問和回答目標位置。教學(xué)準備:單詞卡片、教學(xué)光盤教學(xué)過程:Step 1:Warm-up1.播放本單元歌曲“Where is the hospital?”大家先跟著一起唱,進入英語課堂學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。2.我做你說小游戲。教師拿出道具橡皮和書,根據(jù)橡皮和書的位置關(guān)系,復(fù)習(xí)三、四、五年級學(xué)習(xí)過的方位介詞如:in, on, under, near, beside等。Step 2: Presentation1.教師出示一張電影院的圖片,并問學(xué)生“What's this?”學(xué)生回答“It's a cinema.”以同樣的方式教授新單詞“science museum”“post office”“bookstore”“cinema”“hospital”。2.學(xué)生開火車讀新單詞,教師拿出單詞卡片教讀新單詞,并讓學(xué)生聽錄音,模仿跟讀學(xué)習(xí)正確的發(fā)音和語音語調(diào)。3.教師將這些新單詞圖片放在一幅圖中,并設(shè)定好位置關(guān)系。T: Where is the cinema?Ss: It's next to the bookstore.T: Where's the bookstore?Ss: It's in front of the science museum.同桌效仿例句,根據(jù)圖片位置關(guān)系,靈活運用方位介詞詢問所要問的目標,然后找小組上來模擬對話。Step 3: Consolidation and extensionMake a map and talk。小組二人一組,自制地圖,設(shè)定建筑位置,根據(jù)自己所設(shè)定的位置,同桌二人之間問答,注意運用句型“Where is…?”“It's+方位介詞(短語)”。eg:pet hospitalscience museumParkcinemapost officebookstoreS:There is a pet hospital in my city.T: Where is it?S: It's near the park.2.小組間比比記單詞。每組六個人,一人做動作,剩下5個人根據(jù)動作說單詞,反映應(yīng)該快和準,比一比哪個小組最優(yōu)秀,如:看書動作就是bookstore。3.課堂小練習(xí)。(1) Science museumPost officeBookstoreCinemaHospital(2)There is a pet hospital next to the park.
