Key sentences: a. That’s why I like reading books and I study harder in class.b. It’s not necessary to be the same. c. I don’t really care if my friends are the same as me or different.教學難點:learn to write something about you and your friends.教學過程(表格描述)教學環(huán)節(jié)主要教學活動設置意圖Step 1Warming-up (PPT 3-6) Make Ss look at the pictures and compare the things and the animals.Review comparatives.看圖片用比較級表達圖片中的內容,導入2a。Step 2Pre-reading(PPT 7-8)Work on 2a. 1. Ask Ss to read the adjectives in 2a. Then write the comparative forms of the words.2. Ask two Ss to write on the blackboard.3. Check answers and make Ss read the words.4. Then make Ss use the words to write five sentences about them and their friends. Think about four sentences to describe the same or different things between them. 5. Call some Ss to read the sentences.寫出形容詞的比較級,用比較級描述你和你的朋友。2b 做鋪墊。Step 3While-reading(PPT 9-15)Work on 2b. 1.Ask Ss to read the instruction in 2b.Should friends be the same or different? Read about what these people think. Underline the comparative words and phrases in the passage. 2.Make Ss read the passages and underline the comparatives words and phrases. 3. Match people with their opinions. 4. Read the passages again. Fill in the chart with the information given in the passages. 5. Check answers one by one. 本部分是課文細讀部分。閱讀之后完成不同的任務。通過問題設計,讓學生帶著問題閱讀,使他們把握文中不同人對友情的理解。Step 4Practice(PPT 16-18)1. Work on 2c. Are the following statements true (T) or false (F)?  Make Ss read the sentences and tell true or false.2. Work on 2d. How do you and your friends compare with the people in the article? Write five sentences. Ask Ss to think and then write by themselves. They can share their sentences with partners.學生熟練運用課文信息完成任務,以達到進一步熟悉課文內容的目的。Step 5Pair work(PPT 19-22)Work on 2e. 1.Ask Ss to read the sayings in 2e.Which saying is your favorite? Which friend do you think about when you read this saying? Ask Ss to read the language points so that they can understand the language points deeply.  強調That’s why….,as long as, if, reaches for your hand, be there, bring out, serious的用法,使學生加深對它們的理解。Step 7Exercises(PPT 30-32)Practice the language points by this exercise.通過翻譯句子練習本課所學的語言點。Step 8中考鏈接    (PPT 33)Practice the usage of the word should.   精選了should中考題,使學生了解這個結構在中考中的重要地位。Step 9Homework (PPT 34)1.Write about the things that are the same and different between you and a friend.2.Preview the new words and expressions.設計該作業(yè)主要使學生們鞏固所學的詞匯,練習用2b表達自己的朋友觀,預習下一節(jié)課的內容。板書設計Unit 3 Im more outgoing than my sister.Section B (2a-2e)1.
