本節(jié)課Lessn 20 Life Is a Jurney是北師大版教材《義務教育教科書英語》初三年級（全一冊）Unit7 Jurneys的第二課時，是一節(jié)詩歌欣賞課。本課以生活是一段旅程行為主題, 主要講的是如何面對人生旅行。通過對詩歌內容的學習，使學生在了解詩歌的同時，學會如何欣賞詩歌，如何面對生命的旅行。
教學目標

能夠在朗讀中感受英語詩歌及語言的優(yōu)美，體會英語詩歌中滲透的情感 。

能夠談論生活，小組合作仿寫一首小詩。

能用積極樂觀的心態(tài)看待生活中的起伏。

能夠正確分析詩歌的外在形式，體會生命是一次旅行的深刻含義。

課前準備
能夠談論生活，小組合作仿寫一首小詩。
1.課前準備：調試光盤與課件、給學生分組、為學生布置預習作業(yè)等；
2.教具學具：光盤、大卡片等。
教學過程

What attitude d yu have fr yur life?
Let students knw jurney is a cmmn metaphr f life.
Step2. Reading
1. Read the pem. What culd anther title fr the pem be?
2. Chse the apprpriate summary fr each verse.
3. Answer the questins abut the pem in Exercise 5.
4. Get students have a discussin n the theme f the pem, with encuragement t speak ut the supprting reasns.
5. Read the pem alud.
