【語(yǔ)法提要】
1.take in
take in為固定短語(yǔ)，意為“吸入；吞入（體內(nèi)）”。
例句：Open the windw and take in fresh air.打開(kāi)窗戶，吸入新鮮空氣。
Dn\'t let children take in small parts f tys.千萬(wàn)不要讓孩子將玩具的零部件吞入體內(nèi)。
take in的其他含義：
（1）收留；留宿
例句：He had n places t sleep in s we ffered t take him in.他沒(méi)有地方可睡，于是我們提出讓他留宿。
（2）充分理解；掌握
例句：It tk me a lng time t take in what yu were saying.我費(fèi)了好長(zhǎng)時(shí)間才明白你說(shuō)的話。
2.frce
frce名詞，意為“力；力量”。常見(jiàn)短語(yǔ)：the frces f nature自然力量，the frce f an explsin爆炸力。
例句：The frce f the explsin destryed many tall buildings.那次爆炸的力量摧毀了許多高大的建筑物。
frce還可用作動(dòng)詞，意為“強(qiáng)迫；迫使”。frce sb.t d sth.意為“迫使某人做某事”。
例句：They frced him t leave the small twn.他們強(qiáng)迫他離開(kāi)小鎮(zhèn)。
