- Use real-life examples t illustrate the imprtance f language in varius cntexts, such as business, diplmacy, educatin, and travel.
Sectin 2: Examples f Majr Wrld Languages (10 minutes)
- Intrduce the mst widely spken languages in the wrld, such as English, Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, French, German, Italian, Prtuguese, Russian, Japanese, Krean, Chinese, and Swahili.
- Prvide a brief verview f each language's histry, distributin, and cultural significance.
- Ask students t share any persnal experiences r cnnectins they have with these languages r their speakers.
Sectin 3: The Structure and Grammar f Languages (10 minutes)
- Explain the basic structure f mst languages, including alphabets, wrd rder, sentence structure, and parts f speech.
- Demnstrate sme cmmn grammar rules using simple examples in each language.
- Encurage students t identify any similarities r differences between languages based n their structures and grammar.

- Encurage students t share their thughts and ideas n this tpic in small grups.
Cntent Theme (2 minutes)
- Discuss the main theme f this lessn: explring languages arund the wrld and their significance in tday's glbalized wrld.
- Ask students t brainstrm sme additinal themes related t language learning r cmmunicatin that they find interesting r relevant.
Teacher's Rle (1 minute)
- Intrduce a shrt vide presentatin shwcasing different aspects f language learning and cmmunicatin arund the wrld, such as accent reductin exercises, language exchange prgrams, r internatinal cnferences n linguistic diversity.
- Assign students t watch the vide independently r in small grups and take ntes n any new vcabulary r cncepts they encunter.
Student Activities (5 minutes)
- In pairs r small grups, assign each student t research ne f the majr wrld languages mentined earlier and prepare a shrt presentatin (5 minutes). Each presentatin shuld cver at least three tpics: histry, structure/grammar, and cultural significance/uses. Students shuld als include a visual aid if pssible.
- After all presentatins are cmpleted, ask each grup t briefly summarize their findings and cmpare their presentatins with thers. This will help reinfrce key cncepts and encurage active listening skills.
Hmewrk (1 minute)
Assign students t write a shrt essay (500 wrds) n ne f the fllwing tpics:
1. The imprtance f learning multiple languages in tday's glbalized wrld.
2. A persnal experience with cmmunicating with smene wh speaks a different language.
3. One aspect f language learning that yu find particularly challenging r rewarding.
4. Yur favrite freign language and why yu enjy learning it.
