Lesson12 Halen Keller教學(xué)目標(biāo):1、學(xué)生能在圖片和老師的幫助下聽(tīng)懂故事.2、學(xué)生能正確朗讀故事.3、學(xué)生能在圖片和老師的幫助下復(fù)述故事。4、對(duì)所進(jìn)行的英語(yǔ)活動(dòng)感興趣,進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的積極性。教學(xué)重點(diǎn):學(xué)生能在圖片和老師的幫助下聽(tīng)懂故事.教學(xué)難點(diǎn):學(xué)生能在圖片和老師的幫助下復(fù)述故事。教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備:圖片、多媒體教學(xué)過(guò)程:Step 1: Warm up1. GreetingT: How are you? Ss: Fine, thank you. How are you? T: Fine, thanks. Are you ready to learn and have fun? Welcome to our classroom. We all need a good friend. Do you have a friend? Let’s meet a new friend--- Halen Keller2.教師出示故事中的第一幅圖picture 1教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生觀察圖片并說(shuō)出自己觀察到的內(nèi)容[來(lái)源:學(xué)+科+網(wǎng)][來(lái)源:Z*xx*k.Com]比如 S1:The girl has long hair.S2:She is young.[來(lái)源:學(xué)???。網(wǎng)]S3:She looks sad..... Step 2: Presentation1、教師可先提幾個(gè)問(wèn)題,學(xué)生初讀課文討論(1) Why did Halen often get angry?(2) Was Halen’s teacher great?(3) Do you know the book The Story of My Life?(4) What can you learn from Halen Keller?讓學(xué)生帶著以上問(wèn)題初讀故事。2、學(xué)習(xí)故事中圖1和圖2內(nèi)容 (1)觀看故事視頻,檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生對(duì)故事對(duì)話(huà)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行的預(yù)測(cè)。教師播放圖1部分的視頻。學(xué)生帶著對(duì)前面提出的問(wèn)題觀看故事視頻,觀看后回答問(wèn)題,檢驗(yàn)預(yù)測(cè)并提取正確的關(guān)于海倫凱勒的信息。 S1: She was born in the U.S. in 1880. S2: She was ill when she was 19 months years old. S3: She is deaf and blind.3、展示圖2和3,進(jìn)一步閱讀,理解故事,發(fā)展學(xué)生的尋讀策略。教師進(jìn)一步提問(wèn):Why did Helen often get angry? How did her parents feel?學(xué)生通過(guò)閱讀找出或推斷出答案。Step 3: Teacher-student interaction1、學(xué)習(xí)故事中圖4,圖5,圖6和圖7內(nèi)容閱讀圖4,圖5,圖6和圖7的內(nèi)容并完成所發(fā)的判斷小題,不對(duì)的判讀需要討論出正確的結(jié)論。判斷題目如下:1. Anne Sullivan was a doctor.2. Helen did not work hard.3. Helen became very successful.借由判斷答案的揭曉,細(xì)化處理圖4-7及文字部分2、默讀課文并2人一組討論下列問(wèn)題1. Was Helen’ teacher great? 2. Do you know the book The Story of My Life? 3. What can you learn from Helen Keller?Step 4: Classroom tests1、對(duì)所學(xué)故事內(nèi)容進(jìn)行練習(xí)、鞏固。[來(lái)源:學(xué)???。網(wǎng)]學(xué)生完整地觀看故事視頻。學(xué)生有感情地跟讀故事。然后分組,進(jìn)行角色朗讀故事。2、學(xué)生分角色進(jìn)行朗讀或打破圖片順序,重新排序后復(fù)述故事。學(xué)生以小組為單位展示成果。通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)手段鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行活動(dòng)。學(xué)生可以根據(jù)自身水平選擇活動(dòng)展示形式。Step 5: Homework1.
