In English, we can cunt sme things, e.g., elephants, stamps, cars.We cannt cunt ther things, e.g., meat, water, music.We call nuns like elephants, stamps and cars cuntable nuns.We call nuns like meat, water and music uncuntable nuns.Mst dictinaries use the letters C and U t tell if a nun is cuntable r uncuntable.
A cuntable nun refers t smething we can cunt. Here are sme examples.
We use ‘a(chǎn)’ r ‘a(chǎn)n’ befre a singular cuntable nun. If the nun starts with a vwel sund, we use ‘a(chǎn)n’.
T frm the plural frm f mst cuntable nuns, we add ‘-s’ t the singular frm. Hwever, there are sme exceptins.

An uncuntable nun refers t smething we cannt cunt. Here are sme examples.
Uncuntable nuns cannt have plural frms.
We can als use sme cuntable nuns + f befre uncuntable nuns t shw their amunts.
