本課時包括 Starting ut和 Understanding ideas兩部分。
Starting ut是導入部分,包括觀看視頻回答問題和問卷調(diào)查兩個環(huán)節(jié)。通過兩個練習活動,將學生們迅速帶入有效利用時間和自我管理的情境中,為后面的學習做好鋪墊。
Understanding ideas部分首先列舉了社交媒體在中國的使用情況,從而導入正文:社交媒體脫癮計劃—一周內(nèi)完全遠離社交媒體。五個親身參與的青少年闡述了自己的經(jīng)歷和感受,反映了青少年對社交媒體的依賴程度通過該文章的學習,讓學生意識到社交媒體成癮的危害,學會適度利用社交媒體,合理安排自己的時間。
