根據(jù)畫線短語后面的 meaning that mre steps than that prvided n additinal benefit fr lngevity可知,多余的步數(shù)并不會(huì)增加額外的好處,由此判斷步數(shù)到達(dá)一定量之后降低死亡的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)趨于穩(wěn)定,不再變化。
There's a lt f evidence suggesting that mving even a little mre is beneficial, particularly fr thse wh are ding very little activity
This desire fr these “affrdable luxuries” is cmmn in difficult ecnmic times. Sme ecnmists refer t the phenmenn as the “l(fā)ipstick index”: a small ecnmic increase led by budget-minded cnsumers seeking ut relatively affrdable splurges, like small csmetics.
根據(jù)最后一段中 Ethan says nt every shpper... withut breaking the bank.

I knw sme peple can't stand treadmills.
Well, there are a few reasns.
38. F 【解析】根據(jù)空前的 yu can set the pace and the incline, which cntrl the difficulty f the run 可知,F 項(xiàng)中的 Once yu set yur speed可以承接上文。
Yes, yu can adjust the incline and speed n the treadmill. The treadmill just desn't have the same impact n ur bdies.

I felt“Being father t my daughter” is the biggest 53 t me可知,他認(rèn)為做女兒的父親才是最大的成就,而不是獲得畢業(yè)證書。

Text 10
M: D yu always buy things yu dn't really need? And why? I think there are several reasns. First, when we buy smething new, it causes us t buy mre things t g with ur new item. Fr example, if we buy a new sfa, this may cause us t buy a matching cffee table. Whenever I shp nline, the site always suggests related items. As a result, we end up buying things we previusly didn't think we needed in rder t feel happy r satisfied. Anther reasn is advertising. Take cell phnes fr example. Yu can buy a phne fr 1,000 yuan that will d everything yu need, but all my friends and I cnstantly pay five times amunt fr a new phne. It's partly because these cnstant ads plant messages in ur brains, cnvincing us that certain things are cl and must-have items. Finally, we tend t verspend because we use credit cards and digital wallets. These are cnvenient methds f payment, but they make it challenging t mnitr ur spending habits. Handing ver physical cash can make the cst f a purchase mre bvius and lead peple t think twice befre spending.題號(hào)
