At the age f 16,I was ffered my very first jb as a shpgirl in a clthing stre.On the first day,my manager was training me hw t fld and rganize platfrm after platfrm f clthes.The wrk seemed verwhelming,and everything had t be dne in an accurate way.I gt s impatient because I culdn't get it right the first cuple f times.After abut ten tries,I had the clthes flded perfectly.Then it tk me thirty minutes t get them all lking unifrm.Nw,I fld and rganize clthes every day,and I'm able t d them well.Thrugh this experience,I've learned t be patient.
Helping custmers and establishing cnnectins with them is ne f the things I lve mst abut my jb.Abut tw mnths ag,I helped a wman wh was lking fr a dress.She tld me exactly what she was picturing—a blue dress with lng sleeves and a lace neck.We didn't have any such dress,and when I explained that t her,she wasn't very happy.Instead f getting annyed,I tried getting t knw her a bit better and asked what the dress was fr,s I culd find ther items in her size that culd wrk.We shared ur lve f the Netflix fashin shw,and she ended up buying $200 wrth f new clthes,having fund ther items she liked.This experience has taught me t be mre pen with strangers.
Every jb has its share f frustratins and challenges;t d well yu must learn t deal with them.I've learned this frm my wn experience,and it has helped me in ther aspects f my life as well.
