張富清 (1924年12月-2022年12月20日)，男，漢族，出生于陜西省漢中市洋縣，1948年3月參加中國(guó)人民解放軍，1948年8月加入中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨。2019年5月，入選中國(guó)好人榜。6月，中宣部授予張富清"時(shí)代楷模"稱號(hào)，9月，獲得"共和國(guó)勛章"。

申紀(jì)蘭 （1929年12月29日—2020年6月28日），女，漢族，中共黨員，山西平順人，第一屆至第十三屆全國(guó)人大代表。榮獲“全國(guó)勞動(dòng)模范”“全國(guó)優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員”“全國(guó)脫貧攻堅(jiān)‘奮進(jìn)獎(jiǎng)’”“改革先鋒”等稱號(hào)。2019年獲得“共和國(guó)勛章”。
于敏 （1926年8月16日—2019年1月16日），核物理學(xué)家，生于河北（現(xiàn)天津市）寧河。1949年畢業(yè)于北京大學(xué)物理系。1999年被國(guó)家授予“兩彈一星”功勛獎(jiǎng)?wù)隆?019年9月17日，國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平簽署主席令，授予于敏“共和國(guó)勛章”。
張桂梅 女，滿族，中共黨員，1957年6月生于黑龍江省牡丹江市。1998年4月加入中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨，麗江華坪女子高級(jí)中學(xué)書記、校長(zhǎng)。2020年12月10日，被中宣部授予時(shí)代楷模稱號(hào) ，黨的十七大、二十大代表 。
鐘南山 男，漢族，中共黨員，1936年10月20日 出生于江蘇南京，福建廈門人，呼吸內(nèi)科學(xué)家，廣州醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院國(guó)家呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病臨床醫(yī)學(xué)研究中心主任。2020年8月11日，習(xí)近平簽署主席令，授予鐘南山"共和國(guó)勛章" 。
