Now let’s read the article to find out the answer.新課展示 新課展示 【完成教材3a-3c的任務(wù)】1.快速閱讀短文,回答“what are they going to sell at the yard sale?”這個(gè)問題,完成后讓學(xué)生展示答案,教師點(diǎn)撥。2.認(rèn)真閱讀短文,在文中找出3b中五個(gè)問題的答案,請幾名學(xué)生展示答案,教師點(diǎn)撥。3.細(xì)心閱讀短文,理解每一句話的意思,小組合作解決遇到的疑難問題,教師點(diǎn)撥短文中出現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。4.熟讀短文,識記并背誦知識要點(diǎn)。【完成教材Grammar Focus-4c的任務(wù)】1.讓學(xué)生朗讀Grammar Focus中的句子。2.引導(dǎo)學(xué)生參考學(xué)案上的單元同步語法講練,歸納語法點(diǎn),并完成對應(yīng)的練習(xí)。3.認(rèn)真閱讀4a中的例句,然后根據(jù)例句完成其他幾組句子的改寫,請幾位學(xué)生到黑板上板演答案,完成后小組內(nèi)互相交流答案,教師點(diǎn)撥易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)。4.大聲朗讀4a中的句子,體會(huì)for和since的用法區(qū)別。5.認(rèn)真閱讀4b中的句子,然后用括號內(nèi)所給單詞的正確形式填空,完成后請學(xué)生說出答案,教師點(diǎn)撥重難點(diǎn)。6.向兩個(gè)同學(xué)詢問4c中的問題,并且根據(jù)回答,完成4c表格。【語法提要】1.asas在此作連詞,意為“當(dāng)……的時(shí)候;隨著……”,用來引導(dǎo)時(shí)間狀語從句,指主句與從句的動(dòng)作同時(shí)發(fā)生。例句:We took notes as we listened to the lecture.我們邊聽課邊記筆記。As she grew older,she gained in confidence.隨著年齡的增長,她的信心增強(qiáng)了。as作連詞的其他用法:表示“正如;如同”。As you know,Jenny is leaving soon.如你所知,珍妮馬上要離開了。表示“因?yàn)?;由?/span>”,引導(dǎo)原因狀語從句,用于解釋說明,此時(shí)從句一般放在主句前。As you were out,I left a message.由于你不在,所以我留了一張字條。表示“照……方式”,引導(dǎo)方式狀語從句,從句位于主句之后。You should do as the teacher tells you.你應(yīng)當(dāng)依照老師所說的去做。表示“盡管;雖然”,引導(dǎo)讓步狀語從句,此時(shí)從句要用倒裝語序。Tired as I was,I tried to help them.盡管我很累,我還是盡力幫他們。2.no longerno longer是一個(gè)表示時(shí)間的狀語,和延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞連用。通常放在行為動(dòng)詞的前面;和be動(dòng)詞連用時(shí),放在系動(dòng)詞后面;其同義短語是:not…any longer, no more和not…any more,通常位于句末。例句:He no longer lives here.= He doesn’t live here any longer.他再也不住在這兒了。no more與no longerno more相當(dāng)于not…anymore,意為“不再”,表示動(dòng)作不再出現(xiàn),常用來指次數(shù)上不再重復(fù),通常與非延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞連用。The farmer no more plants fruits.= The farmer doesn’t plant fruits anymore.這位農(nóng)民不再種果樹了。nolonger相當(dāng)于not…any longer,意為“不再……”。常用來指時(shí)間上不再延續(xù),多與延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞連用。He no longer drinks wine. = He doesn’t drink wine any longer.他不再喝酒了。【問題探究】1.
