Ask Ss to say the questions and answers.2.Write the words “countable” and “uncountable” on the board.3.Ask one or two Ss to explain what these words mean.4.Call attention to the verb. Say,These are imperative sentences. Call Ss' attention to 3a.Make Ss scan the five questions first. Then circle the correct word in each question.Check the answers.Work on 3b. Point out the pictures. And ask Ss to tell what is happening in each picture.Ask Ss to complete the questions and answers. Then match them.Check the answers.Ask Ss to work in groups to practice reading.
