語法精講長句一、并列句1.由兩個或兩個以上不分主次、相互獨立的簡單句構成的句子叫并列句。并列句大致分為以下三類:(1)兩個句子之間是平行關系用分號連接的句子以及用下列詞匯連接的句子是平行關系:and,r,,,nt als...,,as well as,while,when等。She went t the cinema last night and her mther als went there.昨晚她去了電影院,她媽媽也去了。

二、復合句復合句是由一個主句和一個或一個以上的從句構成,從句只是主句中的一個成分。所以復合句也叫作主從復合句。復合句主要包含狀語從句、定語從句和名詞性從句。1.狀語從句 在復合句中做狀語的句子叫作狀語從句。狀語從句由從屬連詞引導,可以放在句首或句末。放在句首時,從句后邊一般用逗號與主句隔開;放在句末時,從句前通常不用逗號。一般來說,根據(jù)其作用,狀語從句可分為時間、地點、原因、條件、目的、結果、讓步、方式和比較等從句。

2.定語從句如果從句在整個句子中做定語,這個從句就叫作定語從句。被修飾的詞叫作先行詞。定語從句不同于單詞做定語的情況,它通常只能放在被修飾的詞(即先行詞)之后。定語從句由關系詞(關系代詞、關系副詞)引導。(1)關系代詞引導的定語從句關系代詞通常包括wh,whm,whse,that,which,as等。Any student wh is interested is welcme t participate.歡迎任何感興趣的同學參加。

(2)關系副詞引導的定語從句關系副詞通常包括when,where,why等。I will nt frget the day when I jined the army.我永遠忘不了我參軍的那一天。They will pay a visit t the farm where their father nce wrked.他們要去參觀父親曾工作過的農(nóng)場。I think the reasn why yu are always angry may be the high pressure f study.我認為你總是發(fā)脾氣的原因可能是學習上的巨大壓力。
記一記·長知識 關系副詞可以根據(jù)其意思替換為“介詞+which”。如:We dn’t knw the reasn why (=fr which) he didn’t shw up.我們不知道他為什么沒有來。(3)“介詞+which/whm”引導的定語從句The students were cleaning the windws,sme f which were very dirty.學生們在擦窗戶,其中一些窗戶非常臟。I have sme gd friends,mst f whm are interested in reading.我有一些好朋友,他們中的大多數(shù)對閱讀感興趣。

3.名詞性從句名詞性從句是在句子中起名詞作用的句子。名詞性從句的功能相當于名詞短語,它在復合句中能擔任主語、賓語、表語、同位語等。名詞性從句可分為主語從句、賓語從句、表語從句和同位語從句。(1)從屬連詞引導的名詞性從句名詞性從句的從屬連詞在從句中只起連接作用,不做句子成分,主要包括that,if/whether。

(2)連接代詞引導的名詞性從句名詞性從句的連接代詞在從句中起連接作用,并在從句中充當主語、表語、賓語、定語,主要包括wh,whm,whse,what,which,whatever,whever,whmever,whichever。We debated ver what we wuld put int the vide.關于視頻中拍什么,我們進行了爭論。 Whever is interested in making inventins can jin in it.任何對發(fā)明感興趣的人都可以參加。
