當(dāng)句子的主語(yǔ)是動(dòng)詞不定式短語(yǔ)時(shí)，動(dòng)詞不定式短語(yǔ)一般不放在句首，而通常用it來(lái)作為句子的開(kāi)頭，動(dòng)詞不定式短語(yǔ)則放在句末。如：It is pleasant t sit in the Sun.It was a pleasure t sit in the Sun.
注意： “It + is + 形容詞 + fr + 賓語(yǔ) + t d sth.” 句型通常與表示可能性、必要性、重要性、緊迫性、頻繁程度以及價(jià)值判斷等的形容詞連用。如：
It is impssible fr me t finish the writing in half an hur.It is strange fr her t be late fr schl.
It 作為形式主語(yǔ)還常見(jiàn)于It seems / appears that… 的句型中。如：It seems/appears that his mther knws the truth.
具有最高“信息價(jià)值”的較長(zhǎng)、較復(fù)雜的結(jié)構(gòu)通常位于句末，因此，我們常使用帶 “形式主語(yǔ)it”的結(jié)構(gòu)，而將充當(dāng)主語(yǔ)的從句或動(dòng)詞不定式移到句末。
