過去進(jìn)行時(shí)(一)1. 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的定義 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)表示在過去某一時(shí)刻或某一段時(shí)間內(nèi)在進(jìn)行或發(fā)生的動作，常與表示過去的時(shí)間狀語連用。
2. 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)的構(gòu)成 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)由“was/were+現(xiàn)在分詞”構(gòu)成。過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的各種形式如下: 肯定句式:主語+ was/were +現(xiàn)在分詞+... 她在那兒工作。 She ______ _________ there.

特殊疑問句式:疑問詞+ was/were +主語+現(xiàn)在分詞+... ?你昨晚的這個時(shí)候在做什么？ What _____ yu ______ at this time last night?
3. 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的基本用法 (1)表示過去某一時(shí)刻正在進(jìn)行的動作。常用的時(shí)間狀語有：at that mment （那時(shí)）at ten ’clck last night （昨晚十點(diǎn)）(at) this time yesterday （昨天的這個時(shí)候）等。
我到達(dá)時(shí)，湯姆正在打電話。 _______ I ________, Tm ______ ________ n the phne.
(2)表示過去某階段正在進(jìn)行或持續(xù)性的動作。常用的時(shí)間狀語有：at that time (那時(shí))last night (昨天晚上)等。那時(shí)，他正在悉尼工作。 At that time he _____ _________ in Sydney.
(3)過去進(jìn)行時(shí)與頻度副詞 always (總是)， frever (永遠(yuǎn))等時(shí)間狀語連用時(shí)，表示說話者過去對某事情的厭煩、喜惡、褒揚(yáng)等特殊情感。我在倫敦時(shí)他總是不停地給我打電話。(表 示厭煩) He was always ringing me up _____ I was in Lndn.
(4)表示位移的動詞的過去進(jìn)行時(shí)可表示過去將要發(fā)生的動作。此類動詞有: cme, start, stay, leave, fly, g等。昨天我要來，但是我母親生病了。 I ____ _______ yesterday, but my mther was ill.

4.一般過去時(shí)和過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的區(qū)別相同點(diǎn)：兩者都表示過去發(fā)生的動作。不同點(diǎn)：一般過去時(shí)態(tài)表示在過去已經(jīng)完成的 動作；過去進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)表示在過去正在 進(jìn)行的動作。
