“Can it talk?” Andy asked.
“It lks like any ther fish,” Jim said. He picked it up gently and carried it t the water.
“D yu think it will grant us any wishes?” Andy laughed.
The bys watched as the silver fish sped ff thrugh the water. “N. Maybe next time.” Jim grinned.
As the tw friends walked farther dwn the beach they came upn a bttle. It was green with a crk in the muth.
“Our luck will change. Des it have a map inside r a genie?” jked Andy.
Andy reached dwn and picked up the bttle. He rubbed it. Nthing happened. He pulled n the crk. Nthing happened. He shk it. Nthing happened.
“ Try the crk again. I bet the genie is waiting fr us t release him. Or we’ll find a treasure map and have a real adventure,” Jim exclaimed.
Andy tugged again n the crk. He wiggled it back and frth. He twisted it arund and arund. Finally it ppped ut withut breaking. Andy shk the bttle. Nthing came ut. Lking inside he culdn’t see anything. Jim lked t and shk his head. Empty.
“It’s just an ld wine bttle,” Jim cmplained. He grabbed the bttle and tssed it back nt the sand.
