There will be more people.b. There will be (more / less / fewer) free time.c. Cities will be very big and crowded. d. Whats your prediction about the future?e. There will be fewer trees and the environment will be in great danger.f. Everyone should play a part in saving the earth. 教學(xué)難點(diǎn):Learn to make predictions with more, less, fewer.教學(xué)過(guò)程(表格描述)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)主要教學(xué)活動(dòng)設(shè)置意圖Step 1Review(PPT 3-8)Show some pictures to Ss and then have a free talk about predictions about the future.2. Share the predictions about our future life. 通過(guò)圖片在輕松的氛圍中預(yù)言未來(lái)生活。Step 2Listening(PPT 9-11)Work on 2a,2b.1. Ask Ss to read the sentences first.2. Play the tape for Ss to listen and circle the words they hear.3. Check the answers.4. Make Ss read the sentences.5.Ask Ss to listen again. Then check the predictions they hear. 6. Listen again, write T for true, F for false.7. Check the answers in class.播放一遍聽力后,完成2a利用這些對(duì)話,談?wù)撐磥?lái)的事情。聽過(guò)第2遍以后完成2b。通過(guò)完成聽力的方式來(lái)練習(xí)there will be 結(jié)構(gòu)。Step 3Practice(PPT 12-16)Work on 2c. 1.Point to the example in the box. Ask two Ss to read the sample conversation to the class.2. Look at 2a and 2b.Groupwork:Take turns to make conversations about the predictions in 2a and 2b.   A: Whats your prediction about the future?B: I think there will be more pollution.A: Really? I dont think so. But I think there will be fewer trees.3. Ask two Ss to practice the conversations and talk about the predictions.  聽力之后,編對(duì)話練習(xí)表達(dá)對(duì)于未來(lái)的預(yù)言。練習(xí)鞏固這個(gè)課時(shí)基本句型。Step 4Role -play(PPT 17-22)1. Have Ss scan the conversation in 2d.2. Lead Ss to practice reading the conversation.3. Make Ss role-play the conversation in 2d.4. Ask Ss to read the conversation then answer the  questions.5. Practice the conversation. Fill in the blanks according to the conversation.6. Check answers and make Ss read the passage.通過(guò)聽2d的對(duì)話回答問題引入2dT---SS1---S2 創(chuàng)造一個(gè)的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境,分角色表演對(duì)話,然后根據(jù)對(duì)話的內(nèi)容填入短文,改寫對(duì)話Step 5Language points(PPT 23-31)1. Explain the words: prediction,more, little2.Explain the other usages ofthere be, play a part in講解本課時(shí)重點(diǎn)短語(yǔ)、there be將來(lái)時(shí)的用法。Step 6Summary(PPT 32)Ask Ss to summarize different patterns:1. will + be/do 2. There will be 要求學(xué)生自己總結(jié)本節(jié)課所學(xué)will + be/do /there will be 的用法。Step 7Exercises(PPT 33-36) Do some exercises to practice the key words, the target language and key sentences.  設(shè)計(jì)詞填空和完成句子等形式練習(xí)所學(xué)的重點(diǎn)句型和短語(yǔ)。Step 8中考鏈接(PPT 37) Practice the phrase: play a part in.此處中考鏈接的是play a part in的用法,這是中考常見考點(diǎn)。Step 9Homework(PPT 38)1. Make predictions about yourself in 10 years. Write down 5 sentences.2. Preview the new words and phrases.寫句子是為了鞏固復(fù)習(xí)上課所學(xué)的關(guān)于未來(lái)的預(yù)測(cè)。預(yù)習(xí)下節(jié)課的內(nèi)容,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自學(xué)能力。  板書設(shè)計(jì)Unit 7 Will people have robots?Section A (2a-2d)1. There will be more people.2. There will be (more / less / fewer) free time.3. Cities will be very big and crowded. 4. Whats your prediction about the future?5. There will be fewer trees and the environment will be in great danger.6.
