廣州市小學英語教科版五年級下冊Module3 Invitation (period 5)閱讀拓展課Welcome to our party一、教學內(nèi)容分析本課是五年級下冊Module3 Invitation第五課時的閱讀拓展課。本課所有的語用材料都是結(jié)合本單元關(guān)于invitation的主題為前提,改編來自廣州市小學英語《拓展讀與寫》五年級下冊Module2level1&23篇閱讀材料,讓學生在聽說讀寫中提升語言的綜合運用能力。通過精讀Pam準備舉行“A swimming  pool party”這份邀請函,提高學生閱讀能力的同時,讓學生學會設(shè)計節(jié)日活動和撰寫邀請函。最后通過感受美國有趣的party文化視頻,發(fā)動學生討論人們開展party文化的意義,挖掘主題文化內(nèi)涵,提升學生文化品格。本課注重學生學科核心素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng),從知識結(jié)構(gòu)的學習讓學生掌握語言能力,從活動中培養(yǎng)學生的學習能力,從設(shè)疑解疑中發(fā)展學生思維品質(zhì),從話題的感受及自主思考中提升學生的文化品格。二、教學對象分析五年級的學生具備一定的英語基礎(chǔ),也具備了一定的聽、說、讀、寫的能力,能通過自主、合作、探究的范式解決問題。設(shè)計六一節(jié)的parties和寫邀請也是學生感興趣的話題。在前面4個課時的學習學生對于invitation這一話題已經(jīng)積累了一定的語言基礎(chǔ)。本課有很多學生合作交流的環(huán)節(jié),將不同層次的學生進行合理分工搭配學習,讓學生在學習中有更多的互動,從而在整體上照顧學生的整體水平,并體驗學習的樂趣。三、教學設(shè)計思路1、基于話題建構(gòu)語言本單元的學會邀請,本課時通過學生喜愛的主題parties進行閱讀拓展學習。不同party的內(nèi)容為主題邀請提供多元的素材,除了party的娛樂性質(zhì)能激發(fā)學生的學習興趣外,party的文化性質(zhì)還能豐富學生的知識內(nèi)涵,進一步了解中西文化。文化通過搭建文本框架,啟發(fā)學生自我設(shè)疑、自主解疑、自主發(fā)展。學生能運用恰當?shù)恼Z言建構(gòu)意義性的表達進行輸出,進行邀請和回復,語言交際具有真實的意義。2、基于目標設(shè)計活動本課教學中設(shè)計了多層次的語言訓練活動。在pre-task中教師設(shè)計了What parties do you know?/What do you want to know about the swimming pool party等問題激發(fā)學生發(fā)散思維,提出問題,帶著問題完成學習任務;在幫助學生整體感知文本和獲取文本信息的活動中,教師要求學生進行聽力練習并解決What can you do at the party?,再進一步細讀文本,提取主要信息,完成invitation card,最后引導學生一起歸納總結(jié)復現(xiàn)知識結(jié)構(gòu),層層推進的任務學習幫助學生理解文本的語言內(nèi)容,并逐漸形成語言輸出框架,為學生進行下一個任務的學習提供很好的支撐。在語言輸出環(huán)節(jié),要求學生自主策劃parties,書寫邀請函,并開展邀請活動,學生互動交流,融為一體。最后,通過觀看有關(guān)parties文化的視頻,提出When do people have parties?/Why do people have parties?深入挖掘語言知識內(nèi)涵,升華文化品格。為檢測學生的語言理解和學習,教師設(shè)計了listen and tick, read and fill the blamks, plan and do, inviting show,enjoy and think ,look and say等語言活動,讓學生從感知理解語言到模仿操練語言,再到嘗試運用語言,有序的語言教學過程設(shè)計體現(xiàn)了語言學習的幾本規(guī)律,真實體現(xiàn)了語言學習的積累過程。3、基于體驗激活思維本課時主題圍繞party開展,為了讓課堂更有氣氛,讓學生能感知party的文化氣息,教師通過精心設(shè)計ppt、圖片、音樂、視頻等,用直觀的圖片和精彩文化片段激發(fā)學生學習興趣,豐富學生的視覺聽覺感受。Parties本身就能給人們帶來愉悅,加上教師對學生進行正能量的引導,讓學生在感受中外party文化的同時,同步推進語言學習,從而啟發(fā)學生從自己的興趣愛好出發(fā),快樂學習,享受生活。教師板書的條理性還為學生提供完整的語言表達邏輯順序,讓學生能借助板書的支架與語義功能,有序思維、有序表達。四、教學目標 語言知識:能讀懂文本材料,自主學習,理解文本大意,提取語言信息,掌握邀請函書寫的幾要素; 語言技能:能用核心句型提出邀請,正確書寫邀請函,并作簡單的回復; 語言情感和文化品格:培養(yǎng)學生的人際交往能力,教育學生要懂禮貌,有儀式感,與人和睦相處,快樂生活。學習策略:閱讀策略指導及活動策劃指導教學策略與資源:1、采用探究式教學法增強課堂的趣味性,通過猜測、自主思考、歸納總結(jié)、小組合作互動等完成本課的學習任務。2、本節(jié)課需要用到PPT,圖片,視頻,《拓展讀與寫》等文本閱讀材料。五、教學重、難點1、理解文本材料的內(nèi)容2、運用已學知識,策劃設(shè)計書寫邀請函并能做出答復,提高語用能力。3、理解文化活動的深層意義,能保持一顆樂觀的心,熱愛生活,擁抱生活。 六、教學過程StagesTeaching Activities & stepsLearning Activities & stepsPurposesWarming up1. (呈現(xiàn)Pam頭像)Our friend Pam is coming. He is going to have a special party. What party is it? Can you guess?(快閃swimming pool 照片)2Talk about the swimming pool party.“What do you want to know about the party?””Do you have any questions about the party?”1.Ps talk about the swimming pool party.    1.設(shè)置情景,引出任務。   學生在老師的信息提示下主動思考,提升學生思維能力。       在討論中引入設(shè)疑,發(fā)散學生思維。 While-task 11.Listen and choose.T: Now Pam wants to invite you to the party. Let’s listen to his invitation.Then choose what we can do at the party.  2. Read and get more information about the party.T: Now please take out your worksheet and read the invitation by yourself and fill in the blanks. Check the answer.(邊校對邊板書,在黑板貼出主要信息,貼成invitation card的樣子) 3. Sum-up.Ask the Ps to sum up the “5W”in the invitation.Ask Ps to talk about how to invite friends to the party orally.T: I think it will be a funny party. Now children, can you show us how to write an invitation? We have “5W”, what are they?(邊講邊板書,將5W貼在Bb的邀請函的方框里。) 4. Review the form of the invitation and ask Ps try to retell.T: Now can you use this information to make a new invitation?Ask some of the Ps to stick the sentences in the right places. 5.Retell the invitation.T lead the Ps to retell the invitation on the Bb together.(簡單復述,不用跟原文一樣)1. Listen and tick        2. Read the invitation and find out the key information. Finish the invitation card.(提取信息)Learn the new words in the passage.      3. Ps learn how to write the invitation by the key information.             4. Ps make an invitation in groups according to the consolidation above. Some children help T stick the sentences on the Bb.   5.Ps retell the invitation together.    1. 整體感知文本材料,了解故事大意,提高閱讀能力。    2、學會自我總結(jié),發(fā)展思維,培養(yǎng)閱讀習慣和技能。精讀并學會提取信息并總結(jié)。            3.讓學生掌握主要信息,學會自我總結(jié)。                     4.發(fā)揮學生主動思考主動學習的能力,讓學生全面參與活動。While-Task 21.
