Sleep in Space
Hw can astrnauts sleep when they are flating in space?
In the zer-gravity wrld, there are n "ups" r "dwns". The astrnauts can sleep anywhere facing any directin. But it's nt gd t be flating away smewhere while sleeping. S the astrnauts use small sleeping cmpartments and sleeping bags. They will strap their bdies lsely s that their bdies will nt flat arund while they sleep in the Space Shuttle.
Eye masks and earplugs are als available fr the astrnauts wh are unable t sleep due t the nise frm air cnditining and ther machines.
The astrnaut's sleeping cycle, while in the Space Shuttle, allcates eight hurs fr sleeping. Hwever, in mst cases, they will sleep fr arund 6 hurs, since they ften wrk lng hurs r they'll spend their time enjying the view f the utside frm the Shuttle's windw.

Shenzhu 1 T test the Lng March 2F rcket.
Shenzhu 2 Inside the reentry capsule were a mnkey, a dg and a rabbit in a test f the spaceship's life supprt systems.
Shenzhu 3 T test the systems required t supprt a human in space.
Shenzhu 4 Tw dummy astrnauts were used t test the life supprt systems.
Shenzhu 5 China became the third cuntry in the wrld t have independent human spaceflight capability after the Sviet Unin (later, Russia) and the United States.
Shenzhu 6 The crew were able t change ut f their new lighter space suits, cnduct scientific experiments, and enter the rbital mdule fr the first time, giving them access t tilet facilities.
Shenzhu 7 The missin, which included the first Chinese extra-vehicular activity (EVA), marked the cmmencement f the secnd phase f the Chinese gvernment's Prject 921.

Shenzhu 9 Shenzhu 9 dcked with China's first space lab Tiangng-1 at 06:07 UTC n 18 June, marking China's first crewed spacecraft rendezvus and dcking. This dcking was remtely cntrlled frm a grund statin.
Shenzhu 10 Once dcked at Tiangng 1, the three crew members cnducted space medicine and technlgical experiments and ther scientific endeavrs.

Shenzhu 11 T rendezvus and dck with the Tiangng-2 space labratry and gain experience frm a 30-day residence, and t test its life-supprt systems.
Tianzhu 1 Tianzhu 1 successfully dcked with Tiangng 2 marking the first successful dcking f a carg vessel, and refueling, with the rbiting space labratry.
