通知、演講、致辭、便條及倡議書類書面表達在高考中不如書信或電子郵件的考查普遍，但是，在平時的模擬試題中也有出現(xiàn)。
通知、演講、致辭、便條及倡議書的寫作特點：
1．通知通常有兩種：口頭通知和書面通知。注意以下幾點：(1)通知正文上面正中的地方往往有Ntice(或NOTICE)一詞。(2)發(fā)出通知的人或單位名稱一般寫在左下角。(3)主要時態(tài)為一般將來時?？陬^通知開頭：Everyne, attentin please! I have an annuncement t make.
2．演講稿包括發(fā)言稿。演講稿屬于說明文或議論文的文體，總是以第一人稱的口吻寫，開頭往往有“Bys and girls” “Ladies and gentlemen”等稱呼語，或“Hell！” “Gd afternn/mrning！”等問候語。最后要以“Thank yu”來致謝。
3．致辭包括歡迎詞(welcming speech)、歡送詞(send-ff speech)、告別詞(farewell speech)以及其他演說詞。致辭由稱呼、正文和結(jié)束語構(gòu)成。
4．便條(包括留言條、請假條)的特點：(1)既不用信封，不寫收信人與發(fā)信人地址，也不寫結(jié)尾問候語。(2)日期只需寫上星期或日月。日期可寫于正文右上角。(3)常常需要寫明上下午或鐘點。(4)稱呼用語應親切、隨便，不可過于正式。(5)語言應通俗。要盡量避免用大詞或過分正式的句子。如：盡量用Just a line t tell yu that ... 而不用This is t infrm yu that ... 。同時，句子的結(jié)構(gòu)應盡量簡單。
5．倡議書“寫作三步曲”：自我介紹以及倡議或呼吁的內(nèi)容→進一步解釋你所闡述的內(nèi)容，比如介紹你倡議或呼吁的行為有什么好處以及不好的影響→再次呼吁或倡議。
書面表達高分策略之“復雜結(jié)構(gòu)”（二）
依據(jù)高考英語書面表達評分細則，是否“使用較復雜結(jié)構(gòu)”是衡量一篇書面表達“具備較強的語言運用能力”的重要標志之一。要提高語言表達的檔次，在復雜結(jié)構(gòu)上就不能一味地使用簡單句和陳述句，而應該根據(jù)實際情況靈活運用所學各種結(jié)構(gòu)。正如在綠蔭場上，既要有長傳沖調(diào)，又要有短傳滲透、下底傳中、中路包抄，只有這樣豐富的戰(zhàn)術(shù)才能擒敵制勝。同樣，復雜結(jié)構(gòu)有助于考生在高考中出類拔萃，贏得高分。
