Step 3 Grammar
一、引導(dǎo)條件狀語(yǔ)從句最常用的連詞是if,常見(jiàn)的if條件狀語(yǔ)從句表示在某條件下,某事很可能發(fā)生。
e.g. If yu ask him, he will help yu.
如果你請(qǐng)他幫忙,他會(huì)幫你的。
If he des nt wrk hard, he will fail his exams.
如果他不努力,考試就要不及格了。
二、If從句的時(shí)態(tài)
1. if從句用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),主句用一般將來(lái)時(shí)。
e.g. If he runs, he’ll get there in time.
如果他跑著去,他就會(huì)及時(shí)趕到那兒。
2. if從句用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí),主句用情態(tài)動(dòng)詞+動(dòng)詞原形。
e.g. She may cme with us if she arrives in time.
如果她來(lái)得及時(shí),就可以和我們一道去。
三、if 引導(dǎo)的條件狀語(yǔ)從句位置靈活,可直接放在主句后面,也可以放在句首。放在句首時(shí),從句后面要用逗號(hào)和主句隔開(kāi)。
e.g. I’ll g t see yu if I have time.
如果有時(shí)間,我就去看你。
If it rains tmrrw, we’ll stay at hme.
如果明天下雨,我們就待在家里。
四、同義句轉(zhuǎn)換
用“祈使句 + and / r + 一般將來(lái)時(shí)的句子”轉(zhuǎn)換。
e.g. If yu wrk hard, yu’ll pass the exam easily.
→ Wrk hard, and yu’ll pass the exam easily.
努力學(xué)習(xí),你將很容易通過(guò)考試。
If yu dn’t hurry up, yu’ll miss the train.
→ Hurry up, r yu’ll miss the train.
快點(diǎn)兒,否則你就趕不上火車(chē)了。
