Joe is used to drinking a cup of coffee every morning.used to do與be used to doing情態(tài)動(dòng)詞具有一定的意義,但不能單獨(dú)作謂語(yǔ),其后需接動(dòng)詞原形一起構(gòu)成句子的謂語(yǔ)。(除have to以外)沒(méi)有人稱(chēng)和數(shù)的變化情態(tài)動(dòng)詞常見(jiàn)的情態(tài)動(dòng)詞有:can, may, must, need, have to, could, should, ought to 情態(tài)動(dòng)詞的常見(jiàn)用法We can do it by ourselves.It must be Tom’s. Should we finish our homework before noon?表能力表推測(cè)表請(qǐng)求、許可表應(yīng)該1. noise pollution 噪音污染pollution為不可數(shù)名詞,意為“污染;污染物”,其動(dòng)詞形式為pollute。noise為名詞,意為“噪音”,形容詞形式為noisy【辨析】noise, sound與voice意為“噪音,喧鬧聲”,常指不悅耳、不和諧的嘈雜聲。泛指自然界的各種聲音。一般指人的嗓音,如說(shuō)話(huà)、唱歌、談笑聲等。2. instead of 意為“代替,而不是”,后面常跟名詞、代詞或動(dòng)詞-ing形式。instead of doing sth. 代替做某事【辨析】 instead of 與 instead介詞短語(yǔ),其后可跟名詞、代詞或v-ing形式。Now I can drive to work instead of walking.副詞,常位于句末,位于句首時(shí),其后有逗號(hào)。He didn’t reply. Instead, he left the room.3.【辨析】take part in , join與 join in指參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)(比賽)并在活動(dòng)中起一定的作用。指參加某黨派、團(tuán)體或參軍等,并且成為其中的一員。指參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng),但多指正在進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)。4.
