一、教學目標:
(1) 知識目標
① 復習所學過的事物的詞匯。
② 會用句型描述物體的位置。
(2) 能力目標
① 鞏固過去時用法。
② 對自身及客體的事物的位置進行陳述。
(3) 情感目標
引導學生形成積極向上的情感態(tài)度,并運用自己的觀點去表達生活中的事物。
二、教學重點:
(1) 曾經(jīng)發(fā)生過什么和現(xiàn)在變成什么進行表示。
(2) 會用句型描述物體的位置。
三、 教學難點:
(1) 熟練運用所學的句型,學會用英語描述過去與現(xiàn)在不同的動作。
(2) 時態(tài)間的變換。
四、 教具準備:
(1) 學生準備:常用學習用具。
(2) 教師準備:單詞頭飾、幻燈片、活動板書等。
五、教學過程:
I. Greetings
T: Gd mrning, everyne.
Ss: Gd mrning, teacher.
T: Hw are yu tday?
Ss: I’m fine, thank yu! And yu?
T: I’m OK, t! Thank yu!
II. Warmer
1. Shw sme pictures t review the wrds.
T: Nw please lk at the screen, and then tell me what yu can see.
Ss: Cake、sweets、biscuits、vegetables、fruits……
2. Shw the pictures ne by ne. Then ask the students:” What is it? “Or: “what are these?”
Ss…
3. Review the wrds they used just the high-lw vice exercises.
III. Lead-in
1. Shw the pht which ne is me nw, and then describe the pht like this: I am tall and I am ld nw.
2. Shw the pht when I was little, and then describe the pht like this: I was shrt and I was yung befre.
3. Play sngs in the seventh mdule secnd unit 《I was fat》, get the students t find the sng while music in the pig small t large changes. S that t knw the differences between nw and in the past.
IV. Preparatin
Prepare a chart with pictures, pictures says: a tw-stry buildings, each layer appears in a variety f items。
Describe the building which is n the blackbard like this: It is a building, it has tw flrs, this is the first flr and that is the secnd flr. Yu will see sme things n the first flr and the secnd flr, and then tell me “what is it n the first/secnd flr?” r “what are they n the first/secnd flr?” Yu can say: “It is a …n the first/secnd flr.” r” They are sme……n the first/secnd flr.”
V. Teaching Prcess
1. T prduce pictures, t enable students t see ne minute silent.
2. Hidden pictures, ask students t recall the cntent f the image.
T:What was there n the first/secnd flr?
Ss: It was a……
What were there n the first/secnd flr?
Ss: They were sme……
3. Ask the students t recall the cntents f the picture just t see, with "There was / the first / secnd flr." (There can be cmpetitin between grups, thereby enhancing cmpetitiveness, encurage students t use English t express.)
4. A game: Where were yu just nw?
Befre play this game, yu shuld describe the rule abut this game:
⑴ Nw invite six students t the frnt. Three students stand under the platfrm is the “first flr ”and the ther three students stand n the platfrm is the“ secnd flr”. The headdress f fruit r vegetables fr distributin t the students.
⑵. Nw mve the students s that the three students n the first flr g t the secnd flr and the three students n the secnd flr g t the first flr. And get the students t explain where the students were befre and where they are nw. Play the music; the students begin t mve, music stps, and mve stp.
Examples

T: The bananas were n the first flr.
Cntinue like this.
