理解一般過去時的意義和用法，理解動詞過去式的構(gòu)成。用一般現(xiàn)在時和一般過去時談論自己獲得幸福的一次經(jīng)歷。
學生在上一學期已經(jīng)簡單學習過一般過去時的意義及用法，對于大部分學生來說，能辨別一般過去時的標志詞如past，ag，yesterday等并了解動詞過去式的規(guī)則變化但對于一般過去時的句式如特殊疑問句中助動詞和實義動詞的變化部分學生還不熟悉，以及動詞過去式的不規(guī)則變化還未系統(tǒng)學習，這也是學生記憶的難點之一

一般過去時表示過去某個時候發(fā)生的動作或存在的狀態(tài)，常與yesterday，three days ag, last year, just nw等表示過去的時間狀語連用。

謂語動詞be構(gòu)成的一般過去時的肯定、否定、一般疑問和回答句式：

動詞過去式的構(gòu)成規(guī)則（規(guī)則變化）
規(guī)則動詞詞尾加ed, 有三種讀音：1. 在清輔音后讀作/t/例:ask →asked watch → watched2. 在濁輔音和元音后讀作/d/例: clean→ cleaned stay→ stayed 3. 在t/d后面讀作 /id/例:want → wanted visit → visited
1. 一般在動詞詞尾加ed例： clean →cleaned watch → watched
2. 以e 結(jié)尾的動詞，只加d例： live → lived clse → clsed
3. 以輔音字母加y結(jié)尾的動詞, 改y為i, 再加ed 例： study → studied carry → carried
4. 末尾只有一個輔音字母的重讀閉音節(jié)詞，先雙寫這個輔音字母，再加-ed 例： stp → stpped
常見的不規(guī)則動詞過去式(詳見課本 P152 不規(guī)則動詞表)
am/ is → was are → were d → didhave → had drink → drank buy → bught g → went get → gt see → sawtake → tk feed → fed ride → rde
?過去式與動詞原形同形。如：cst?→?cst; let?→?let?動詞以-w或-aw結(jié)尾的常將w或aw變?yōu)閑w。如：knw?→?knew; draw?→?drew?以-eep結(jié)尾的動詞，常將eep改為ept。如：sweep (掃)?→?swept; keep?→?kept?在動詞原形后面直接加t。如：mean?→?meant; burn (燃燒)?→?burnt?將動詞原形中的d改為t。如：send?→?sent; lend?→?lent?動詞的過去式以-ught或-aught結(jié)尾。如：buy?→?bught; catch?→?caught
不規(guī)則動詞的過去式構(gòu)成也有一些規(guī)律可循，讓我們一起看一下！

表示過去沒有做某事或某事沒有發(fā)生
加助動詞 d/des的過去式 did

否定句中由于加了didn't, 原來的謂語動詞變成了原形。
一般過去時的否定助動詞 didn't 沒有人稱和數(shù)的變化。

注意：在一般過去時的疑問句中，謂語動詞變原形。
在句首加助動詞Did 構(gòu)成一般過去時的疑問形式。
