34. What des the authr suggest at the end f the text?
A. Being prud f yurself.B. Living in the present happily.

Wrking frm hme in a small apartment is fine during the day. But when nighttime cmes, it may be difficult t turn ff wrk and get a gd night’s sleep. 36 These kinds f apartments, with the living rm, kitchen and sleeping area all in ne rm, are cmmn in large cities.
Here cmes sme advice gathered n hw t wrk prductively and sleep well in such an apartment.
A gd bed is extremely imprtant
At the beginning, a gd bed is a must. Even better is a high-quality sleep sfa that can duble as a bed and cuch. Or, a Murphy bed. 37 He came up with this idea in 1900 while living in his wn studi apartment in Califrnia.
Create a sleep area
T separate yur sleep area frm the rest f the apartment, yu can purchase a freestanding screen r rm divider. And try yur best t keep yur sleep area strictly fr sleeping. 38 If yu use yur bed during the daytime, yu can d small tasks t keep daytime wrk and sleep separate. Lisa Strauss, a psychlgist and expert in sleep disrders, suggests using ne side f the bed fr reading and the ther fr sleeping.
Freshen the air. Lwer the lights.
Fr starters, yu must make sure the air flw is gd. An air purifier will wrk, if yu ck and sleep in the same place. Als, be sure that cmputer, TV, and ther electrnic screens are turned ff at night. 39
Keep things clean and rganized
One thing t avid when it cmes t studi living is leaving beds unmade. Why? 40 It will als add t a sense f crwdedness. At night, yu wuld d well t put away electrnics. Side tables with plugs and prts fr electrnics help yu stre devices and keep things rganized and clean.
It is named after William Murphy.
Hwever, that is nt always pssible.
Studi apartments ften d nt have a lt f strage.
Wrk and life can be even harder in studi apartments.
Peple will have an impressin that yu are lazy and untidy.
Their light can affect ur internal clcks if they are at a shrt distance frm bed.
Using calming smells like lavender(薰衣草) at bedtime will set the tne fr restful sleep.
