Cffee is ne f the mst ppular drinks wrldwide. New findings frm a study published in The New England Jurnal f Medicine, suggest bth benefits and drawbacks f cffee drinking. Accrding t the study, drinking at least a cup f cffee per day can increase physical activity but reduce sleep, and may als raise the risk f abnrmal heart beat.
