在復(fù)合句中，做狀語成分的從句叫狀語從句。
常見的狀語從句可分為：時(shí)間、條件、地點(diǎn)、原因、方式、讓步、比較、結(jié)果、目的等從句，由不同的引導(dǎo)詞引導(dǎo)。
考點(diǎn)一：時(shí)間狀語從句
考點(diǎn)二：條件狀語從句
條件狀語從句的引導(dǎo)詞主要有if和unless，兩者可轉(zhuǎn)換。
在條件狀語從句中，從句常用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)表將來，即主將從現(xiàn)。
如：Yu will fail the exam if yu dn’t wrk hard.=Yu will fail the exam unless yu wrk hard.
如果不努力學(xué)習(xí)，你考試會(huì)不及格的。
考點(diǎn)三：原因狀語從句
原因狀語從句的引導(dǎo)詞有because，since，as等。
注意：1. because和s不能同時(shí)使用。
如：He didn’t cme t schl yesterday because he was ill. 他昨天沒來上學(xué)，因?yàn)樗×恕?br>2. since引導(dǎo)原因狀語從句表示顯然的或已為人知的理由，表示“因?yàn)?，既然?br> 如：since everyne is here, let’s start.既然大家都到期了，我們就開始吧。
考點(diǎn)四：讓步狀語從句
讓步狀語從句的引導(dǎo)詞有thugh / althugh，even thugh / if等。
注意：thugh / althugh與but不能同時(shí)出現(xiàn)在一個(gè)句子里。
如：Thugh he is in pr health, he wrks hard.雖然他身體不好，但是他工作很努力。
考點(diǎn)五：結(jié)果狀語從句
結(jié)果狀語從句的引導(dǎo)詞有s / such … that … 等。
（1）區(qū)分兩種句式：
① s+adj./ adv.+that …
②such+(a / an)+adj.+n.+that …
如：Tm is s clever that he learns Chinese well. =Tm is such a clever by that he learns Chinese well.
湯姆如此聰明，語文學(xué)得很好。
（2）注意：當(dāng)名詞前有much，many，little，few等詞修飾時(shí)，只能用s。
如：Yu can’t spend s much time n cmputer games.你不能花這么多時(shí)間在網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲上。
考點(diǎn)六：目的狀語從句
目的狀語從句的引導(dǎo)詞有s that，in rder that等。
如：He std up s that / in rder that he culd see the blackbard clearly.
他站起來，以便能清楚地看到黑板。
注意：目的狀語從句中一般都含有表示可能性的詞語，如cule, will, wuld, can等。

用法

when
when引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語從句中既可接延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞，也可接非延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞，多用一般過去時(shí)
They were talking happily when I walked past the dr.當(dāng)我從門前走過，他們正在開心地聊天。
while
while強(qiáng)調(diào)主句和從句動(dòng)作同時(shí)發(fā)生，所引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語從句只能用延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞，多用進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)。
My mther was cking while I was ding my hmewrk.
當(dāng)媽媽在做飯的時(shí)候，我在做作業(yè)。
nt … until
主句的謂語動(dòng)詞為非延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞，主句要用否定式，從句用肯定式。
The bus wn’t start until everybdy gets n.
公共汽車直到每個(gè)人都上車才會(huì)發(fā)動(dòng)。
since
主句謂語動(dòng)詞一般用現(xiàn)在完成時(shí)，從句謂語動(dòng)詞一般用一般過去時(shí)。
Five yeas has passed since we saw each ther last time.
距離我們上次見面已經(jīng)五年過去了。
befre
befre 引導(dǎo)的從句表示主句的動(dòng)作發(fā)生在從句動(dòng)作之前。
We turned ff the light befre we left.
我們?cè)陔x開前關(guān)了燈。
after
after 引導(dǎo)的從句表示主句的動(dòng)作發(fā)生在從句動(dòng)作之后。
He went t bed after he finished his wrk.
他做完工作后就去睡覺了。
as sn as
若主句為一般將來時(shí)，從句常用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)表將來。
I will tell him the news as sn as I see him.
我一看見他，就會(huì)告訴他這個(gè)消息。
