就具體技能而言,學(xué)生在閱讀理解,尤其是從較長文本中提取關(guān)鍵信息方面,仍需加強(qiáng)訓(xùn)練。此外,盡管多數(shù)學(xué)生樂于分享個(gè)人見解,但在口語表達(dá)和書面寫作中,部分學(xué)生可能因自信心不足或語言組織能力有限而顯得較為拘謹(jǐn)。因此,在本單元SectinB的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中,我們應(yīng)巧妙利用社團(tuán)話題的吸引力,設(shè)計(jì)互動(dòng)性強(qiáng)的教學(xué)活動(dòng),如角色扮演、小組討論、信息整理與匯報(bào)等,以激發(fā)學(xué)生的參與熱情,提升他們的語言實(shí)踐能力和綜合素養(yǎng)。同時(shí),注重分層教學(xué)和個(gè)性化指導(dǎo),確保每位學(xué)生都能在原有基礎(chǔ)上得到進(jìn)步,享受英語學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣。

在本次《Fun Clubs》Sectin B的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)中,我充分運(yùn)用了設(shè)定大情景與任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的教學(xué)策略,為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)充滿樂趣與挑戰(zhàn)的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。通過“社團(tuán)嘉年華”這一生動(dòng)有趣的背景設(shè)定,不僅迅速吸引了學(xué)生的注意力,還極大地激發(fā)了他們參與社團(tuán)探索的熱情。整個(gè)教學(xué)過程圍繞多個(gè)具體任務(wù)展開,如閱讀評(píng)論討論社團(tuán)選擇、小組內(nèi)相互采訪并記錄能力偏好等,這些任務(wù)不僅促進(jìn)了學(xué)生之間的交流與合作,還讓他們?cè)谕瓿扇蝿?wù)的過程中自然而然地提升了英語聽說讀寫能力。

然而,在實(shí)施過程中也發(fā)現(xiàn)了個(gè)別小組在采訪和報(bào)告制作環(huán)節(jié)時(shí)間管理不當(dāng),影響了整體進(jìn)度。這提醒我們?cè)诮窈蟮慕虒W(xué)中需更加注重對(duì)學(xué)生時(shí)間管理和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力的培養(yǎng)。
針對(duì)此問題,我計(jì)劃采取以下改進(jìn)措施:一是提前進(jìn)行時(shí)間管理技巧的培訓(xùn),幫助學(xué)生合理規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí)與活動(dòng)時(shí)間;二是在小組分配時(shí)更加注重成員間的互補(bǔ)性,以促進(jìn)更高效的協(xié)作;三是適時(shí)給予進(jìn)度較慢的小組額外指導(dǎo)和支持,確保每位學(xué)生都能跟上學(xué)習(xí)節(jié)奏,充分體驗(yàn)學(xué)習(xí)的樂趣與成就感。Club
