Mary White, 68, is a retired teacher. She has lst weight at Keeping-fit Wrld grup in Waltn, Liverpl.
My cking skills have imprved since jining Keeping-fit Wrld. I made a lt f vegetarian meals and really enjyed the dishes in the ckbk. S when the Free Fd Fair came arund, I challenged myself t a vegan recipe, and my pumpkin cakes were brn.
Steps
1. In a large bwl, add the pumpkin t half f the ygurt, and stir well. Spray a large baking plate with cking spray.
2. Meanwhile, micrwave the sweet ptat n high fr 6 minutes. If yu dn’t have a micrwave, yu can bake it with the pumpkin fr 35-40 minutes.
3. Mash the sweet ptat until smth. Add the remaining ygurt, the pumpkin and chickpeas, mix them tgether.
