通知是上級對下級、組織對成員或平行單位之間部署工作、傳達(dá)事情或召開會議等所使用的應(yīng)用文。常考的話題有活動、展覽、比賽、講座等事項通知。通知要求言簡意賅、措辭得當(dāng)、時間及時。
通知標(biāo)題一般為 Ntice，居中。然后是正文，正文之后，通知發(fā)布的單位或個人署名通常放在右下角，若有發(fā)布時間也放在右下角。通常包括三部分內(nèi)容：
