The teacher des the actins. Students try t say the wrds r phrases. Make a mdel:
When the teacher is sweeping the flr, students shuld say “clean the rm”.
When the teacher is swimming in the water, students shuld say “g swimming”.
When the teacher is sleeping, students shuld say “sleep” r “g t bed”.

(2)After rapping the phrases, the teacher asks tw questins, “D yu still remember the change rules f the past tense f verbs? Wh can say sme examples?”
The teacher makes a mdel first: Add “-ed” t the end f the wrd. Fr example: play, played.
S1: Change “y” int “i”, then add “-ed”. Fr example: study, studied.
S2: Write the last letter twice, then add “-ed”. Fr example: stp, stpped.
S3: Add “-d” t the end f the wrd. Fr example: live, lived.
S4. : N rules. Fr example: g, went.

The teacher writes dwn all the examples students said.
