技法一 細讀原文 獲取有效信息
讀后續(xù)寫基本以記敘文為主,記敘文是以記人、敘事為主,以敘述人物的經(jīng)歷和事物的發(fā)展變化為主要內(nèi)容的一種文體。要寫好續(xù)寫文章,理解文本是第一步。
(2023·新課標Ⅰ,Ⅱ)閱讀下面材料,根據(jù)其內(nèi)容和所給段落開頭語續(xù)寫兩段,使之構(gòu)成一篇完整的短文。When I was in middle schl,my scial studies teacher asked me t enter a writing cntest.I said n withut thinking.I did nt lve writing.My family came frm Brazil,s English was nly my secnd language.Writing was s difficult and painful fr me that my teacher had allwed me t present my paper n the sinking f the Titanic by acting ut a play,where I played all the parts.N ne laughed harder than he did.

二、深層的文本分析1.理清故事的發(fā)展脈絡(luò)細讀文本,梳理文章的情節(jié)線和情感線,如下:情節(jié)線:拒絕參賽→嘗試參加→以馬的口吻寫作→想放棄→繼續(xù)堅持→不在乎是否能獲獎情感線:自我否定→自我嘗試→自我創(chuàng)新→自我懷疑→自我堅持→自我突破
可以清晰地在“情節(jié)山”上展示出來:
2.明確文本的主旨大意和寫作意圖本文主題是“人與自我:個人成長的故事”。概括文本大意可知,本不喜歡寫作的“我”在老師的鼓勵下,通過自己的努力,不但嘗試參加了寫作比賽,而且通過自己的堅持不懈完成了參賽作品,實現(xiàn)了自我突破。由此我們可以推斷出,“我”寫這篇文章的意圖是表達對老師的感激:感激老師的鼓勵和幫助讓“我”意識到心之所愿,無所不成。所以續(xù)寫部分應(yīng)該是作品獲獎和感恩老師。
3.研判故事的語言風(fēng)格和語言特色本文的主體時態(tài)是一般過去時,續(xù)寫部分也應(yīng)該延續(xù)使用。文本中運用了以下豐富的句式:(1)When I was in middle schl,my scial studies teacher asked me t enter a writing cntest.I said n withut thinking.(時間狀語從句;非謂語動詞)(2)Writing was s difficult and painful fr me that my teacher had allwed me t present my paper n the sinking f the Titanic by acting ut a play,where I played all the parts.N ne laughed harder than he did.(動名詞作主語;結(jié)果狀語從句;定語從句;“否定詞+比較級”表示最高級)
(3) did he suddenly frce me t d smething at which I was sure t fail?(定語從句)(4)Encuraged by his wrds,I agreed t give it a try.(過去分詞短語作狀語)(5)If I didn’t win,I wuldn’t care.(虛擬語氣)由以上句子可知文本中分詞作狀語、狀語從句、虛擬語氣等句式的綜合運用使得語言具有一定的豐富性。配合著短句,形成了長短句結(jié)合的節(jié)奏感。除了這些句式以外,文章還通過對主人公動作鏈的描寫以及心理描寫等豐富了細節(jié),刻畫了主人公在情感上對待英語寫作的轉(zhuǎn)變。續(xù)寫部分的文風(fēng)也要延續(xù)這些才行。

對所給文本后面的故事情節(jié)及故事結(jié)尾的推斷是寫好讀后續(xù)寫的前提。高考所給的讀后續(xù)寫形式是半開放性的,這種形式既可以讓考生充分發(fā)揮想象力,又能讓考生有章可循??衫谩皟啥问拙涠ㄒ豢?,二框二首正能量”確定續(xù)寫方向:
技法二 根據(jù)首句 構(gòu)建情節(jié)框架
續(xù)寫兩段的內(nèi)容框架確定下來以后,再根據(jù)續(xù)寫銜接原則來確定四句話的內(nèi)容(參考前面“4個銜接”原則):確定以上內(nèi)容后,我們可以通過逆向思維的方式按以下步驟在草稿紙上寫出這些內(nèi)容:Step 1:寫第二段尾句(主題升華句);Step 2:寫第一段尾句;Step 3:根據(jù)第一段首句寫第一段的第二句;
Step 4:根據(jù)第二段首句寫第二段的第二句;Step 5:補全續(xù)寫每段的中間細節(jié)內(nèi)容(技法三中講解)。還可以簡單畫幾條線設(shè)計一個作業(yè)紙來完成這一步驟:

Step 3:銜接句2(第一段首句后的第一句)第一段所給首句是“A few weeks later,when I almst frgt the cntest,there came the news.”(幾個星期后,當(dāng)我?guī)缀跬洷荣惖臅r候,傳來了消息)。所以接著得寫消息的內(nèi)容,此消息一定和獲獎有關(guān),再根據(jù)續(xù)寫情感要積極的原則,應(yīng)該是獲得非常高的獎項,告知此消息的方式可以多樣,電話告知,同學(xué)告知,老師宣布等都可以,也可以不提,直接寫消息的內(nèi)容即可。

Step 4:銜接句3(第二段首句后的第一句)第二段所給首句是“I went t my teacher’s ffice after the award presentatin.”(頒獎后我去了老師的辦公室)。所以應(yīng)該接著寫“我”到辦公室后的所見、所說、所做。也可以寫“我”走進辦公室后,老師見到“我”的反應(yīng)。①“Thank yu very much!” I shwed my certificate t him with my eyes watering,“Withut yu,I culdn’t have dne it.”
②Bathed in the enjyment,he waved at me and expressed his cngratulatins.③The teacher walked twards me excitedly and gave me a big hug,saying,“Cngratulatins,by.”

[定續(xù)寫情節(jié)框架]請根據(jù)“兩段首句定一框,二框二首正能量”的方法來確定續(xù)寫兩段的內(nèi)容框架。
根據(jù)第一段所給的段首句“As the twins lked arund them in disappintment,their father appeared.”使用“兩段首句定一框”策略可以推斷出,續(xù)寫的第一段應(yīng)寫爸爸進來后看到廚房里混亂的狀況(所見),告訴孩子們他親自幫他們來做早餐(所說),并帶著他們開始行動(所做)。由第二段首句“The twins carried the breakfast upstairs and wke their mther up.”可知,第一段最后應(yīng)寫孩子們準備好了早餐,所以很高興(所感)。
再根據(jù)“二框二首正能量”策略,確定第二段的內(nèi)容應(yīng)是媽媽見到早餐后吃驚的反應(yīng),表示感謝,擁抱孩子們等(所見、所說、所做等)。

一、“STEAL”法則
技法三 圍繞主旨 確定續(xù)寫細節(jié)
續(xù)寫部分中的主要人物的所說、所思、所感、所做和所見就是續(xù)寫中間部分要增加的內(nèi)容細節(jié),這“五所”都需要用不同的細節(jié)描寫來體現(xiàn)。而且其中一個人物的這“五所”,也會有另一人物的反應(yīng)(Respnse),也會成為增加的細節(jié)內(nèi)容。
二、增加細節(jié)的原則1.Actin—Respnse原則:一個人物的所言、所行、所感和所想會引起其他人物的一系列反應(yīng)。每段對話1-2句,不一定兩個人都要說話,無聲的動作也是一種respnse。2.Cnflict—Slutin原則:一般而言,第二段會有問題的slutin。(同時思考:能否在第一段出現(xiàn)一個問題,然后把它解決了或者沒有解決。一方面是增加看點,另一方面也是給第二段作鋪墊。)
3.Negative—Psitive原則:寫作中一定要有情感的變化,無論前面是怎樣的情感,最終都應(yīng)該是積極的。根據(jù)以上原則,續(xù)寫的每一段一般需要增加5-8個細節(jié),所以又稱為“5·8細節(jié)法”。
三、伏筆與照應(yīng)(freshadwing-eching)除了上面提到的“5·8細節(jié)法”外,在閱讀文本的時候,也可以留意一些細節(jié)句子,看這些內(nèi)容是否能夠在續(xù)寫中用到,這就是我們常說的“伏筆(freshadw)與照應(yīng)(ech)”。伏筆與照應(yīng)的巧妙運用可以極大地增加語篇的思想深度和文學(xué)效果。

[伏筆與照應(yīng)]1.原文中當(dāng)老師讓“我”參加比賽時,“我”的反應(yīng)是馬上拒絕“I said n withut thinking.I did nt lve writing.”,續(xù)寫第一段中“我”得到獲獎消息后增加了自信,可以寫“The recgnitin cleared all my self-dubt and filled up my lack f self-cnfidence greatly.”,這樣就自然地照應(yīng)了文本中的伏筆內(nèi)容。2.原文第二段最后提到“Encuraged by his wrds,I agreed t give it a try.”,因此續(xù)寫的第一段作者在領(lǐng)獎時會想到老師的鼓勵,所以可以寫“The encuragement frm my scial studies teacher came int my mind.”來呼應(yīng)原文。
3.原文第四段提到“I asked my lder sister t crrect my grammar.”,故在第一段續(xù)寫中可以寫得知獲獎消息后第一時間分享給姐姐來照應(yīng)。4.原文中多次提及老師的笑。第一次“N ne laughed harder than he did.”;第二次“When I handed in the essay t my teacher,he read it,laughed ut lud,and said...”。第一次是被有趣的場景逗笑,第二次是看到“我”寫的文章而發(fā)笑。那么,我們在續(xù)寫中可以延續(xù)老師的笑。第二段老師打開辦公室的門見到“我”后高興的樣子可以寫“N ne laughed harder than he did in the ffice.But this time,instead f playing jkes n me,he cnveyed his sincere appreciatin f my achievements in that laughter.”。
5.原文第一段提到“My family came frm Brazil,s English was nly my secnd language.”,因此續(xù)寫第二段的結(jié)尾時可以寫“N lnger did I feel inferir t thers as a secnd language learner...”;原文第一段提到“I did nt lve writing.”,因此續(xù)寫第二段的結(jié)尾時可以寫“ never did I feel s keen n writing frm then n.”。
6.原文中多次提到“馬”,比如“I chse Paul Revere’s hrse as my subject.”“frm the hrse’s muth”“But,like Revere’s hrse,I kept ging.”。既然主人公參賽的作品是從“馬”的角度來敘述的,那么我們可以在續(xù)寫結(jié)尾處以“馬”來比喻主人公未來不知疲倦地繼續(xù)寫作之路“Despite the challenges and dds laying ahead,I never stpped writing,like Revere’s hrse never stpped speeding that night.”。
(2020·新課標Ⅰ,Ⅱ)閱讀下面材料,根據(jù)其內(nèi)容和所給段落開頭語續(xù)寫兩段,使之構(gòu)成一篇完整的短文。The Meredith family lived in a small cmmunity.As the ecnmy was in decline,sme peple in the twn had lst their jbs.Many f their families were struggling t make ends meet.Peple were trying t help each ther meet the challenges.

2.哲理寓意法哲理式結(jié)尾,即在結(jié)尾用富含哲理性的語句總結(jié)全文,升華主旨,并給人以啟發(fā)。其一般用于引申文意,起到“言已盡而意無窮”的效果,使文章的中心更突出。同學(xué)們平??梢苑e累一些富含哲理的段落或句子,若將之運用到文章的結(jié)尾,不僅能深化主題,而且能引人深思,給讀者以有益的啟迪。

3.以景結(jié)情法在寫景結(jié)尾時,同學(xué)們要選擇具有美感的景物,在情景交融中回味文意,體會文章主旨。景物應(yīng)簡潔疏朗,結(jié)尾寫景抓住一兩個意象即可,景物過多顯得雜亂,沖淡了景物描寫的作用,難以表現(xiàn)景物中蘊含的情感,忌簡單羅列。(1)(2023·河北石家莊質(zhì)檢)With a shadw f a happy family cast n the windw,I felt my little sister was the best gift I’d ever gt.一個幸福家庭的影子投射在窗戶上,我覺得我的小妹妹是我得到的最好的禮物。

4.對話收尾法對話式結(jié)尾指文章以對話結(jié)束,此對話的功能包括:緊扣主線、意味深長、反映人物心理、揭示謎底、首尾呼應(yīng)等。對話式結(jié)尾有時伴有相應(yīng)的動作收尾,因為說完話總會有肢體動作伴隨。使用這種結(jié)尾的前提是文章立意佳,否則就會弄巧成拙。(1)(2023·廣州天河區(qū)二模)She was s excited that she burst int tears and suddenly hugged me in her arms,sbbing,“This is the mst meaningful gift I have ever received,and the mst unfrgettable Christmas I have ever had!” 她激動得哭了起來,突然把我摟在懷里,抽泣著說:“這是我收到的最有意義的禮物,也是我度過的最難忘的圣誕節(jié)!”

5.回憶式結(jié)尾讀后續(xù)寫在末段經(jīng)常發(fā)出回憶式感慨,在一種輕松的環(huán)境中,回憶之前的經(jīng)歷也是一個不錯的選擇。常用這種句型來表達:Whenever I...,the sight f her ding sth will invariably appear vividly befre my eyes:...如:Whenever I stand lking abut n the steps leading t the rm,the sight f her saying gdbye t ur hme fr the last time will invariably appear vividly befre my eyes:Neatly dressed,she lked smewhat impatient and melanchly and meanwhile als seemed t feel quite hpeful abut things t cme.每當(dāng)我站在通向房間的臺階上向四周張望時,她最后一次告別我們家的情景總是歷歷在目:她穿戴整齊,顯得有些不耐煩和憂郁,同時又似乎對未來充滿希望。
6.主題升華法主題升華式結(jié)尾是指在續(xù)寫文章結(jié)尾時,通過一句高度精練的話來對主題進行升華,使文章主題上升到一定的高度,給讀者以啟示。這種話往往是一些名言或諺語。(1)助人型主題①(2020·新課標Ⅰ,Ⅱ) Frm then n,Bernard made up his mind t help smene wh needs help.Only in this way culd mre and mre peple help each ther in the future.從那時起,伯納德決定幫助需要幫助的人。只有這樣,將來才能有越來越多的人互相幫助。
